Dude, backwork looks great but why so much volume on bi's, especially after training back? If it's working keep doing what you're doing but I might just cut out an exercise for bi's.

Hope you don't take it as a putdown, just want to help you see your best results, brother! :2:

looking good man, before long youll be doing weighted chinups like no other. If I were you I'd take some volume away from the Biceps though like previously stated. Besides that its lookin good bro, keep up the hardwork.

yes u should. arnold presses, especially if u go heavy, r the worst exercises u can do for ur shoulder. u have to understand, ur should is like a golf ball on a tee. its made for mobility not stability. so when u go heavy on arnold presses, u actually causes abnormal forces on ur rotator cuff during the should ADduction. these abnormal forces will cause tendonitis or RC tears. the movement is an outdated movement used in the 70's. just bc arnold did them doesnt mean they r right! coleman doesnt do them. in his cost of redemption dvd he shoulder presses 180lbs dumbbells. now thats bad ass.

I'm back!!!

Today I felt great in the morning, tonight will be a great one and the gym was waiting for me!

Workout #9: Legs and Abs - 3rd week

First of all, 10 minutes of warmup and light streching

Full squat

Set 1: 30kg x10
Set 2: 50kg x10
Set 3: 70kg x8
Set 4: 80kg x8 WAR BABY!!! P.B. (20kg increase in two weeks)

Leg extension

Set 1: 40kg x12
Set 2: 50kg x10
Set 3: 60kg x10
Set 4: 65kg x10 P.B. (10kg increase in 1 week)

Lying ham curls on machine
Light weights here... as usual (remeber my bad thendom)

Set 1: 15kg x10
Set 2: 20kg x10
Set 3: 25kg x10
Set 4: 30kg x10 (Exactly same sets and weights as last week's workout)

Lever standing calf raise

Set 1: 35kg x12
Set 2: 50kg x10
Set 3: 65kg x10
Set 4: 72,5kg x10 P.B. (15kg increase in one week... 33lbs)

Seated calf raise (soleus)

Set 1: 40kg x12
Set 2: 60kg x10
Set 3: 80kg x10
Set 4: 90kg x10 P.B. (Yep, another one...)

Cable seated crunch
Sets 1-4: 30kgs x10 reps

Classic crunches on the floor
Sets 1-4 25reps

Shower and I was gone. My third week of bulking is done. I feel really good. I love this, mates. I really enjoy it. :hsughr:

great session hermano! that is some awesome improvements on the squats, you got some great weight on all ur exercises, and u did alot of reps. sigue dandodele duro!

Ding, ding msvf1. Awesome work buddy. Always good to see those P.B's being thrashed...and not by some small margin too. You're killing them and maintaining good rep numbers. Good to see a P.B on the squat, superb stuff.

The day after leg day

Today is for resting... my quads are burning... and I love it!!!

My glutes are hard as hell, I can't almost sit down properly... I love squatting mates... you'll see some serious weights... tnx 4 cheking out my log!
