Leg extension

Set 4: 35kg (77,35 lbs) x 5 reps Note: I do this very much lighter than in my usual gym, the machine is crappy in today's gym.

Hams lying curl
Set 1: 15kg (33,15 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 20kg (44,2 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 25kg (55,25 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 30kg (66,3 lbs) x 10 reps

Standing calves raises on machine

And that's all my friends. My g/f helped me to streched very well the lower back (last set of squats was HEAVY, the bar weighed more than my usual bar, I really need it)
