About the close grip bench i agree with rocky, when i started with that ex. i had the same problem and also my wrists hurt.
Those 25Kg DB on inclines is the way to go bro, i'll ask for bigger than 30Kg at my gym or you'll soon catch me! lol

---> Today was veeeeery hard... I equaled my PB, but I couldn't beat it... TODAY...

Chin up
Set 1: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 6 reps
Set 2: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 6 reps
Set 3: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 6 reps
Set 4: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
---> 72 is my actual BG. Chins after pullys are VERY hard, believe me. My objetive is to do 4x10... I'll do that.

Set 3: 22,5kg (49,725 lbs) each side x 10 reps

---> PB once again not on weights but on reps with max weight. I looked pretty well doing this movement.

Seated alternate dumbell curl

---> Fuck the hell!!! I don't wanna do this standing but I think I would do because 17,5kg dumbells touch the bench when I lift them. Pretty annoying.

Curl on Scott bench

Yet another good quality session matey. Still hitting the heights with your numbers and still pushing out P.B's as if they were nothing. Bettering reps is just as important as the weight, so a huge congratulations. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with you, that was a superb workout.

Nothing to be disappointed about, as Evo said - A PB of any sort is a PB and I'm not surprised your bi's suffered after that back session. Look back and realise the positives of it!

Hey bro, we arent disappointed in you at all. It wasnt a bad session, you may feel it was but you are bound to have those types of days sometimes, you just have to fight through them. Looking though still though man. I'm ready for you to start that damn Russian program!

I missed one hell of a session thats for sure. You'll get that 4x10 on chinups man dont fret it. Doing those after pulldowns is a pretty tough thing to do man much props to you. You tore everything else up nicely man, biceps had to be pumped sky high, excellent job mate
