@ Roby: yep, Zaragoza. LOL, Storm is talking about people from that region including Zaragoza talk with a very comical accent... they usually pronounce last part of word louder than the begin of the words. E.g.: I live in Zaragozaaaaaaaaaa :D

@ Storm: tnx 4 your kind words mate, but I think 100kg (220lbs) mark would not come this summer... At this time I'm squatting 8 kg more than my bodyweight.

LOL,now i get but all those acents sound funny to me and must be true cus they lived in madrid and now they live there and speak diferent.


EDIT: my bad, they live in Malaga my best friend lives in Zaragoza. lol im mix'd up!!

Today is my off day and I have pain all over my legs... i can't stand whell, I can't be sitt down so much time... when I woke up I realised yesteerday's workout was hard enough.

I would ask *cough* somebody *cough* for a full recovering massage :D

awesome job hermano, u are really workin those weights. those are great numbers man. dips are hardcore, the chest exercises kick ass, and everthing else is extreme as well, keep it up man.

WOW MAN! Thats a tone of sets and reps, but thats how u always train it bro! AWESOME JOB! A lil tip on close grip bench try brining it down higher on your chest mabye, but if it hurts, iwould leave it alone personally!

Not to argue with Ben but I was gonna say the exact opposite and bring the bar down a little lower on your chest, but it depends what is comfortable for you.
Great session again though it's really inspiring (as I hope ity is for you) to see so many PB's going on in every session! Credit to your work ethic!
