Today I went to another gym for training, not my usual gym.

Workout #10: Chest, tri's and shoulders

Warmup

Incline Dumbell press
15kg each side, 10 reps
17,5kg each side, 10 reps
20kg each side, 10 reps
22,5kg each side, 10 reps P.B.

Dips
4 sets, only bodyweigth: 10,10,10,10 reps Yeah, first time I did 40 reps P.B.

Flat bench press w/ DB
10kg each side, 10 reps
12,5kg each side, 10 reps
15kg each side, 10 reps
17,5kg each side, 10 reps

Classic DB Press
10kg each side, 10 reps
12,5kg each side, 10 reps
15kg each side, 8 reps
17,5kg each side, 6 reps That was really heavy!! P.B.[/COLOR]

Lateral raises (Completely extended arms)
7,5kg each side 10 reps
7,5kg each side 10 reps

Bench press with close grip

Lookin good bro. Even though I'm too damn lazy to convert kg's to lbs. your choice of exersizes looks good maine. Keep it up buddy.

Coño ta bueno tigre, parece mentira pero las pesas de mi gimnasio vienen en libras y cuando veo lo tuyo en kg no se q tan pesado es, y eso q aki usamos kg y no libras, q bolas. apesar de eso me parece q estuvo muy bien tu sesion pequeño raton, sigue echando bolas a la vaina Martín Pescador.

Verga hoy no tengo ganas de escribir en ingles, al carajo los q no me entiendan.
