i missed last week leg training and it really showed, i was weak in squat,leg press and stld and also calfs so im really unhappy but next week gonna be better i hope awesome guys for posting at my log, i hope someone will start max-ot it´s the best program for natty´s , a little plug there

i did also cable crunches and more abs exercises

im so tired after last weekend just wow. i pushed the smith machine away this time and just bb for chest and it fealth way better, it´s really amazing if you warm up the right way your bench press is gonna be better.

This is a good thing. You get a spot that means its all you (not the "ITS ALL YOU!!" red in the face spot), you get to stare at hot girl's tits, and its a great segue into asking them out. Its all good.

i got a confession to make. i didn´t train the max-ot style last week cuz i wanted to do some diffrent exercises and feel a pump and it felt good at the time but i regret it so im back baby and better than ever. gotta do some wrong things to relize the right things. anyway here today training
