leg day
squats:100kg for 6 reps,105kg for 5 reps,110kg for 4 reps
leg press:220kg for 6 reps,240kg for 6 reps
stiff leg deadlift:130kg for 6 reps,130kg for 4 reps

calfs:
standing calfs:stack+15kg for 8 reps,stack+20kg for 7 reps,stack+25kg 6 reps
seated calfs plate loaded:4 plates for 8 reps,5 plates for 6 reps

Results:eek:n squats i had my handgrip on the bara littlemore than shoulder wide like platz does and that felt really good. i didn´t go deep enough on the last set for squats. the leg press is really bad. the max weight is 220kg so all my mass will come from squats. calfs were pretty good

hey bud good session, you could try lunges instead of leg press if you have reached the top of the stack

nice work with the PBs especially on the flat db press having gotten a PB on the inclines prior. Shoulder work's looking great, but man i want ur biceps!

i was just resting for 1 minute my bicep were pumped as hell also my chest

lookin good, however I would drop the crossovers or flyes, pick one. and 3 movements is all you need for chest. If your worried about volume just do 5 sets of each, thats 15 sets and thats plenty.

good bicep work also.

What stands out is the bench pressing your doing and the stiff-legged deadlift - great stuff!

Do you stiff-leg from a platform or straight from the floor?
If you don't, try one time stiff legged deadlifts on a platform will give you a deeper stretch on the hammies at the bottom. You would have to lower the weight a bit but it trains the hamstrings better.

pretty good stuff here. your pull ups are really good especially. and thats good that you are seperating cardio with training by several hours.

just b4 the workout today my trainer was measuring my bf and just 4 dayz on the diet and 1%bf off so im happy and also he gave me a copy of the last week and im not so sure about carb loading. anyway shoulders today

db laterals:12 reps@8kg,12 reps@10kg,10 reps@12kg
db shoulder press:12 reps@22kg 12 reps@25kg,12 reps@27kg
db rear incline laterals:12 reps@7kg,12 reps@8kg,12 reps@9kg
db shrugs:12 reps@32kg,12 reps@35kg,12 reps@37kg

also did cardio this morning at 6 pm. jogging for 25 mins
