Your bicep curling is pretty darn strong in comparison with your bodyweight!

Just a suggestion - add another 1/2 more sets to each exercise on your arm day, since they are all isolation exercises.

To repeat what Tweak said....Squats are high figures and you should be happy with 'em!
Keep it all up until the contest. - It WILL be worth it you know that.
The anticipation and the waiting for the contest requires strong will power, you have done it before and you can do it again.

im gonna be stronger every week. exept the last week b4 the contest. im happy with everthing im doing and max-ot will lead the way:xmasbigok:

I just think you don't have enough sets in their but that's your call of course.

next week im gonna bump the cardio to 5x a week

today:arms. cardio was planned but i was too tired lol
bicep and tricep grouped together but not supersets
bb curls:6 reps@40kg,6 reps@45kg
e-z bar extension:2x6 reps@40kg
db curls:6 reps@20kg,6 reps@22kg. veins popping out on this one, in arms and shoulders and it felt awesom
cable pushdown:6 reps@80kg,6 reps@90kg
e-z bar curls:6 reps@30kg
cable pushdown:6 reps@80kg

this felt really good. veins very visible and i was very happy and all the ppl were staring at me lol

lil bit shoulder today and did cardio 5 am.
smith machine shoulder press:6 reps@70kg,3 reps@80kg
db shoulder press:6 reps@30kg
db laterals:6 reps@15kg,6 reps@17kg
db rear laterals:6 reps@15kg was kinda light weight!!!
bb shrugs:6 reps@130kg,6 reps@100kg
and did a lil bit of abs 2 exercises 2 sets and 20 reps on each

Hey man...I wish i could get RID of my abs. I want the weight to come on.

Your barbell rows are very strong.

Good workouts I see.


I still think you should add more sets. Your workouts are what approximatly 30mins long?But again do what works for you.

with warm ups is´t around an hour but without it it´s around 30-45 mins cuz i do 3 warm up sets for each muscle

Well why don't you write your warm-up set's in your log?

Good job keeping up with the cardio. Shows determination.

I remember I only done cardio 1 week out of my contest - hate cardio with a passion.
