Squats - 210x5, 210x5, 210x5, 210x5, 210x5
Lunges with 50 lb ez curl bar - 24 steps totalx2, 24 steps totalx2
Leg extensions - 190x10, 205x10, 160x12
Partial Standing one legged leg curls - 15x12, 15x12
Lying leg curls - 140x10, 185x10, 125x15

notes - didn't feel like working calves today. The partial leg curls are done with a thing that attaches to my shoe, I do them with a cable crossover pulley.

Yeah I definitely feel it, first extensions are really to warm up my knees more than anything, I also like light leg press for that purpose. Thanks again, I just gotta keep at it!

Lateral Raise Machine - 65x15, 80x12, 95x10
Bentover DB Laterals - 25x12, 30x10, 35x10
Reverse Pec Deck - 130x12, 145x10, 100x15
BB Shrugs - 135x12, 185x10, 225x4, 135x15
V grip pushdowns - 57.5x15, 65x12, 80x10
Dips bw + 25x7, bwx10
EZ Curl Bar Skullcrushers (went to forehead) supersetted with Close grip bench press - 50x12/50x12, 60x12/60x12, 70x7/70x7
40 yard dashx4 all out

notes - not using straps on BB shrugs is hurting my numbers, but I want a stronger grip so...Also training partner puked 4 or 5 times after sprints. :keke:

straps might be safer tho, i dont use them,
hard to wear gloves + straps lol
too much to worry bout
thats one solid workout Prize,

Today we had our annual New Years Eve Bowl at my college. 5vs5 tackle football in an inch of rain for 3 hours. We lost 56-63 :ugh: Back workout = up tomorrow. Deadlifts :ughnoes:

Great shoulder session. Hit em from every angle. The old skullcrusher/close grip superset is a great way to fry the tris!

notes - Planned on putting some rack deads as my last exercise but ran out of time.
