miami - Yeah we had 5 or 6 really good games this winter break. So much fun.

Well the ankle got progressivley better everyday and I couldn't take not being in the gym so I went tonight for some shoulders, triceps, and traps.

Today:

DB Side laterals - 25x15, 35x12, 45x6 :disgust:, 25x10 drop set
Arnold Press - 30x12, 40x10, 50x5 :disgust:
Bentover laterals - 25x12, 30x12, 35x12
Seated Front Military Press - 45x15, 65x10, 85x10, 95x6, 115x5
Cable side laterals (hand behind back, better ROM) - 15x12, 20x10, 10x20
Reverse Pec Deck - 130x10, 145x10, 160x10
----
Dips (bw) - x10, x10, x9.5 :dunnodude:
V grip pushdowns - 65x10, 72.5x10, 80x8
Close grip Bench - 135x6, 135x10:weaksuace:, 135x6
----
Seated DB shrugs - 45x10, 55x10
Standing DB shurgs - 75x10, 90x10

notes - Side laterals and Arnold press pissed me off. First time I've ever Military pressed like that (will jump weight soon). I used to use a 25 lb plate for the dips but then I got fat...they're coming back slowly. Got the DB Shrugs from miami:2:

Don't sweat it. Session was good. It's easy to look at the negatives (I'm a sucker for it) but there are positives from the session. Work with them!

Solid workout Prize! Bringing the Arnolds back... nice. Don't worry about going to heavy on the Arnolds... they're great (I feel like Tony the Tiger when I say that...) but they can be tough on the shoulders. You're putting the rotator cuff through a lot of movement with this exercise, you want to worry about form first then worry about the weight. Keep it up bro!

Superset 1: Low cable row 160x10, rack deadlifts 225x8
Superset 2: Low cable row 140x10, rack deadlifts 275x4
Superset 3: Low cable row 120x10, rack deadlifts 185x10

Then we threw the 25lb medicine ball around for 5-10 minutes

notes - happy with the numbers. The first two pull ups were super wide and the last I put it in closer because it was slipping.

Incline Bench Press - 135x8, 140x6, 135x6
DB Press - 75x5, 65x7
Hammer strength incline press - 101x10, 191x3
----
BB Curls - 65x12, 70x12, 85x10
EZ curl sitting preacher curl - 50x10
DB sitting preacher curl - 25x10 (each arm)
Preacher curl machine - 110x10
Cable curl with bar - 50x15, 57.5x10, 72.5x5

notes - bench will stay at 185 next week and if I can get it 5x5 again I will move to 190x5x5. Incline press used to be much stronger (155x10), but I haven't done it in a while. All the preacher curls were done while sitting on the same machine. Diet has been pretty good for about a week, haven't started seeing results yet :ughfingers:

Nice transformation Prize! The latest workout had some good numbers! Keep it up bro. I do agree with Turk, I would start throwing in some cardio aspects to your workout... supersets or jump rope in between sets, something to get your heart rate up and burn a few calories. Doing awesome bro!
