As a fan of bodybuilding, you must know the hard work, discipline, and dedication that the sport requires. It takes more than hitting the gym a few weeks to achieve a jacked and well-sculpted body. Men worldwide are pushing themselves over their limits to win bodybuilding competitions and earn worldwide titles. Men like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman, and Dorian Yates have set the pace for others to follow.

Among the list of successful bodybuilders who have successfully achieved a well-sculpted body through hard work and discipline, we have Robert Frank.

Robert Frank is an American bodybuilder who doubles as a gym instructor and weightlifter in New Jersey. He has many followers and uses vlogging to reach out to them. He is more particular about health and fitness, so he posts videos about health and wellness to influence people to live healthier lives.

In 2016, he became an internet sensation after one of his videos got a massive reaction. He posted a video called, "Pokemon Go F*ck yourself." The video got many views and reactions; it had approximately 50 million views. He has a lot of followers and is considered a social media influencer. He uses his position to motivate and encourage all gym lovers all over the world to be the best and push through their limits. He can have organic followers because of his originality and authenticity. He doesn't try to sugarcoat anything and only says things he thinks are right.

Early life

Robert Frank (Bodybuilder) lived most of his life in New Jersey. He was born on June 15, 1978. He was raised in the city of South Brunswick by his parents. However, he enjoyed staying with his grandparents as he spent much time with them in Brooklyn.

While growing up, he wasn't always a big kid; he was the opposite. He was small, and he was the youngest kid in the block. Although that made him vulnerable to be bullied, he was never forced. He had the protection of his older and bigger friends, who shielded him from all forms of bullying in his childhood.

Although Robert Frank is quite popular on the internet, he happens to be private about his life. There's no additional information about his parents or siblings. There's also no information about where he went to school as a child or where he went to college. However, we know that he grew up in New Jersey while enjoying the love and care of his parents and grandparents. In his videos, one can tell that he was pretty expressive as a child because he doesn't hold and says what needs to be said.

Personal Life

There's not much going on in Robert's life. Robertr Frank has devoted much of his life to influencing and motivating people to live better, exercise, and lift weights. He continues to inspire people to be their best and receives different appreciation emails from fans he inspires. Frank has ten tips for people who want to become jacked and achieve a well-sculpted body. Below are the tips that Robert has for all lovers of bodybuilding.

Don’t ditch cardio

If you want to stay jacked, you should start your mornings with at least 45 minutes of fasted cardio. This will help you remain shredded and improve your heart rate.

Honor “International Chest Day”

Robert thinks you should never forget chest day; every Monday is international chest day, so you should ensure you don't miss it. Make sure you do at least 15 sets of pec-pounding workouts.

It’s all about the reps

Robert advises his fans not to get carried away by their one-rep max because it doesn't matter. What matters is high-volume sets that can pump you better. His advice to his fans is to not focus on how much weight they can lift at once but on how much they can lift 20 times.

Leg Day” is overrated

He advises his fans not to concentrate so much on training legs. However, if you're a bodybuilder that competes in bodybuilding shows, then you need to train your legs. But for the regular gym bros, it's advisable not to spend a good chest day or arm day training legs because people are usually judged from the waist up.

Respect the “Guido Pump”

If you genuinely desire the attention that comes with having a good physique, you need a " guido pump." You'll need to do at least 15-20 sets of your biceps and triceps. This will cause a pump in your muscles and give you your desired look.

Save “Back Day” for Sunday

Sunday is the best day to train the back. You can do at least four sets of pull-ups, four sets of seated rows, and four sets of lat pulldown. Remember that a wide back and broad shoulders draw all the attention.

Feed your muscles properly

Most people lift weights without paying attention to their diets. Robert advises his fans to consume at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight. However, try to balance lifting weights and to maintain a proper diet.

Don’t be a creep at the gym

Don't act creepy in the gym. It's creepy and wrong to make direct eye contact with a female doing yoga poses or using an abduction machine. It makes them feel uncomfortable.

Clean your machines

Always remember to clean your machines after use. Keep the machine clean for the next person to use.

Be mindful of personal space

Be mindful of others' personal space. For instance, when doing cardio, avoid choosing the treadmill close to someone else, especially when there is other vacant equipment.

Robert Frank

Career

Before Robert became famous on social media, he did regular jobs and lived off salaries. He worked as a Teamster from 1996 to 2011 before the employees were laid off. The company changed location and moved 101 miles from its previous location. They did this so they won't have to employ union members in the area. He worked as a Gym manager for some time, and later, in 2012, he started selling medicare. He sold medicare from 2012 to 2017. However, 2017 was a game changer because he quit his job and faced social media influencing squarely.

Bodybuilding and Weight Lifting

Robert Frank wasn't interested in weightlifting from the start. Unlike most bodybuilders who started lifting weights at 15, Robert began lifting weights when he was around 20 years old. At that time, he weighed approximately 120 pounds. He was so small that he took up the challenge to start lifting weights. During this time, he began weightlifting at least twice a day.

Viral Video

Robert Frank has been posting videos on his YouTube Channel since 2013. However, he didn't become an internet sensation until he released one video titled "Pokemon Go F*ck yourself." He released them in parts 1 and 2 in 2026.

His videos on YouTube revolve around him being muscular, and it also centers on his critical cultural beliefs.
The idea behind the Pokemon Go F*uck yourself" video was initiated when Frank observed his workout partner, Joey slacking in the gym and playing the Pokemon Go game. The incident didn't sit well with Robert, as he's pretty sensitive to laziness. Immediately after his gym session, he went to his car and made a vlog about the incident. The video blew up not long after he posted it, and he began receiving calls to go for talk shows. It took some time before he could adjust to the fame and attention. The video was able to gather over 50 million views.

Social Media

After his video blew up, Robert quit his job in 2017 and decided to focus on being a social media influencer. He has over a million followers, and his videos gather millions of views effortlessly.

Robert communicates with his followers, and he gives them updates about some events in his life. For instance, Robert announced to his followers on 15 March 2021 that he was admitted to the hospital.

His fans can wish him a speedy recovery through his frequent updates about his health on social media. Also, he continued to host his podcast after being admitted to the hospital.
