need a new one anyway, this ones way too old. lol.

haha i made a big mistake with my electric scale, i had this huge 400lb tire i used when i trained for strongman, and i wanted to know the exact weight of it so i took my scale outside and i rolled the tire on it, it said 400 and something and then it said error and started marking different numbers so i take it off and i stand on it, it says i weigh 267 and then down to 230 then up to 300, never worked the same again :keke:

Im checking out some of these electric ones with bf reading capabilities..
seems like a gimmick though.

today i had to eat

went to subway
had a foot long prime rib only meat and cheese
large root beer, chips
then 2 and 1/3 scoops of whey
around 68-70grams in that serving of protein..
might make some eggs soon. also some apple sauce unsweetened

some people tend to hold my fat around the lower ab area, that would be why you are unable to fully see them.

had a banana, and a scoop + of NO shotgun.
and had a bagel with spreadable butter with canola oil
also took 4-6 caps of Uni-liver
going to have some oats in a bit.

Woke up had a banana 2 servings of oats, tall glass of skim milk, glass of water with my multi-vitamins, and UNs Flex.

going to have a peanutbutter jelly sandwhich in 50mins.

had a 2 piece chicken strips at work, with water, fries.
took 6 Uni-liver caps, and my TESTevol, then got home had a 25gram protein shake

woke up today had some cereal with skim milk, in 25mins a protein shake, with oats or wait a little then have oats.

im taking one scoop of torrent 3 times a day, or 4 for intense workouts

one scoop then wait an hour to two hours then another etc

just ate a PBJ
took 6 Uni-livers
water, also had bout 30-50grams of egg whites twice today.

ate a big bowl of oats with scorching hot purified water
multi-vitamins, 6 uni-liver tablets
3 scoop of torrent with pure d-ribose powder and taurine (for back pumps)
also took my hemobolin and my testevol.
