just got back from a small grocery store
got some Wasa whole grain Crispbars (hard as rock)
quaker oatmeal maple brown sugar.
some Fullfill vitamin powder for water.

I got 2 huge bags of plain oats im using as of now.

Awesome! Sounds good bro. I'd suggest regular Quaker Oats next time. You got the packets I'm assuming right? Those contain a higher increment of sodium (flavor additive) and refined sugars. Regular, 1min oats, with 2 tblspn's of brown sugar is much better ;)

EDIT: Re-read, saw you got them now so that's good!

since you live in the USA, what brand name of chicken, or lean meat do you buy.

I get Purdue rotisserie chickens, Chicken by the Sea tuna or BumbleBee depending on prices, then I get factory made lean meats (burger meat, steaks, chops, etc), and an occasional boca-burger.

Really doesn't matter too much just make sure it's ok for your economical needs and is not canned/packaged.

Nice, nice.

I always try to look for the shakes that are carb dominant. The protein isn't as necessary if your diet is solid. Your's is low in sugar and high in fat, so don't use it post workout.

ok! :)

had a whole can of chunky soup
and a whole box of macaroni and cheese last nite
and this morning drank bout 3 scoops of my mass gainer with skim milk.

Hey, going take some more mass gainer
i quit my 5x5 routine, its to hectic on my body and before work it sucks
going to a FB routine 1 to 2 times a week, while incorporating deads and squats with 5x5 type principles.

going to have some oats after i shower, and something else
another 1/4 serving of my mass gainer too
