I?ve benched today up to 100kg x 6. Not happy with that. I did MPs, bb rows and pushdowns after that and then home.

Not a great squat day BUT... I haven't smoked a single cigarrete since friday night, i'm quiting and i'm proud of that (used to smoke 1 box/day or more).

Forum doing weird **** lately...

Long story short: since my last update i've pulled 180Kgx3, benched 106Kgx5 and done some heavy accesory stuff, including grip work. That's it.

Deload week, squat day.

Just did some moderate sets of squats focus on form and depth. Then some front squats and leg curls.
Life's good.
BTW it's day 10 without smoking, feeling good.

I've done some light M-pressing and bench, then dips, pullups (30 of each) and BB c00rls. I'll be doing my grip stuff in a minute.

I've finished my deload week today with some paused bench press (up to 80Kg), high-rep BB rows and some more sh1t.

^^ Thanks bro, it's going well. Best decision ever, compared to that i really don't care much about weights and reps.

I did my usual grip training yesterday:

100lbs x warm-up
150lbs x 5 x 2 sets
200lbs x 1 x 3 sets
250lbs x forced + slow negative
100lbs hold x 20 seconds ---> this hurts like hell.

I'm already feeling my grip stronger in the gym, it seems that this is working.
