Thanks guys. My left hand is still unable to grip anything heavier than a glass, i'll skip one heavygrip training session this week...

Bike ride: 26Km 100% dirt and most of it uphill. Most exhausting bike ride so far, i'm completely done right now. I had to put my foot down several times but i'm still proud for coming back alive and in one piece hehe.

Not bad at all considering the beating that my legs recieved yesterday I was truly done after my little bike session and infear of failing completely today at the squat rack.

I agree, that's why I think this mtb thing shouldn't be considered cardio, 'cause it's kinda enjoyable. In a sadistic way.

I got 180Kgx4 (and a half) last week, darling. For the first time ever i'm planing my pre-workout meal with care to ease the way to achieve my (simple and mundane) 190Kgx3 goal. I might fail today, but it'll happen sooner rather than later.
