many times. I failed a triple 190Kg pull not long ago,last week military press was very poor... in fact I suck at so many levels that even my good sessions are kinda shitty although I have to admit that I'm having some good overall weeks lately... progression wise.

EDIT: I'm now flooding you with unasked info. Here you can see my progress week by week since I started doing 5/3/1 (deload weeks excluded) these graphs show my estimated max for each main lift (sq, mp, dl and bp) and the weekly estimated total, red lines mark summer vacation, a bad lower back pain and xmas vacation:

As you see there's a clear growing trend, however all lifts (especially bench) have suffered up and downs, aka shit sessions. IMO the good results are just Wendler's program being fool/weak/lazy-proof more than me doing anything especial. Anyhow "I worked my way up from nothing to a state of extreme poverty"
