Deadlifts 126Kgx5 , 140Kgx3 , 158Kgx6 PR! yep,yep, back to business with deadlifts, calculated max: 189.5xxKg! (watch out freako LOOOL)
GMs 50Kg x 10 x 2 sets
1-leg standing calf raises 125Kg x 10 x 2 sets

Feeling GREAT about the new deadlift PR, and again i've got a new weekly total PR easy if i don't **** it out tomorrow at benchpress which i won't.

PS: acording to my training partner there were some soto-vocce comments around the gym about broken backs while i was deadlifting lol they can kiss my white hairy ass while they do their triceps kickbacks.

PPS: tomorrow i'll be a man on a mission: outbenching Natzo doing more reps with 100Kg than he did this week. I'm aiming for 7+ reps. Stay tuned.

bench 70Kg x 10 x 2sets (each rep paused at the bottom)
dips BW x 10 x 3 sets
pullups BW x 10 , 8 , 8
DB curls 15Kg x 10 x 2 sets

and that's it! Deload deads on thursday.

You have to do what you have to do mate, deloading is kinda boring and un-impressive but it's needed.
