Sad part is after this week i won't be beating many PRs for a while lol.
Tomorrow is bench day, if i get 4+ reps (which i will, with 98Kg) i'll beat my weekly total PR. I need 8+ reps to beat my bench PR and score a perfect week lol. Stay tuned!

Thanks freako. I've just had a look at the spreadsheet where i log my reps and I did 140Kgx7 on phase 1 week 3, and that was a PR! 3-4 months later, 18Kg more for the same reps. How cool is that?

I actually didn't think you were this strong haha. Good lifts man. Good job hitting that new wilks PB. You still sporting the front double love handles btw? I see you're right around 200lbs you can't be that bad

Haha, yes I still have my love handles, they are the same size than when i was weighting around 80-82Kg so i suppose that's good news lol. I've never been a fan of cardio or diets lol, my bad. I'm doing mountain bike lately so hopefully i'll mend that...a little.

Bike: 48.53 Km, almost 100% rough, flat with some hills, and rocks, and rivers... big fun. avg speed: 17.2Km/h (considering the terrain it's quite good for a beginner!)

Thanks for the compliments mate, coming from you it means a lot.
I have the simple spreadsheet but i added two columns, one to write down last set reps and other that calculates the estimated max with the famous formula and then it adds each weekly total, pretty simple actually. No fancy graphs. Also i use googledocs for it so i can access it from anywhere, including my cellphone.

Sunday bikewalk:

27.64Km half tarmac half dirt. Most of it at a slow pace due to female company.

Squats 104Kgx5 , 118Kgx3 , 132Kgx7 PR!!! I admit 6th rep was in the limit of raw-legal squats and 7th one would have got me in a heated discussion with judges if done in a IPA meet, but that's what PRs are supposed to be are'nt them? limit stuff ;)
Front squats 50Kgx10 , 70Kgx10 PR? i think so. They were hard anyway
Lying leg curl 8/10 x 10 , 9/10 x 10

On a side note, on saturday i had a stupid crash with my bike due to lack of experience with automatic pedals and cleats (i fell when braking to stand still, couldn't get my feet free of the pedals and fell down on my right side). I had a big red bruise in my inner right arm just below the biceps caused with the bike handle. Now that part is purple from the elbow to the armpit, only hurts when i touch it, hopefully it wouldn't be a handicap in the gym for any exercise this week but it looks nasty.

I decided to test if my real 1RM is anywhere near my calculated max (194.8Kg)

Deads 130Kgx5 , 150Kgx3 , 166Kgx1 (PR) , 180Kgx1 (PR, surprisingly easy) , 194Kgx1 (PR!) , 200KgxEPIC FAIL

It has been a mix of two factors: obvious lack of strength a the "psycological presure" of the number itself. 200 is like WOA! I'm pretty sure that if i was a "pound user" (thanks god i'm not) i would have at least tried to lift it from the ground instead of being completely stapled to the floor with the bar not moving a single Angstrom. At least it was worth a good laugh. However I'm very happy knowing that my numbers are near the calculated ones, mission acomplished. And max singles are fun! I'll be doing this from time to time.

hahah that's more painfull than the set itself.. at least for me that train alone.
