Its always hard to get a good training while cutting. Weights, are decreasing and the lack of energy makes it hard to continue. Try to stay motivated and you will get it done.

carbs - 140 - 190
protein - 180 - 200+
Fats - 40 and under

Current weight was at 84 - 83kg
height 5'6" or so

Fats - 40 and under

Current weight was at 84 - 83kg
height 5'6" or so
Dont go under 200g protein, more is ok, but less is not. Carbs intake depends on how you feel, I never counted them.

keep it up man, eat tuna, drip the water out, pour bout one tspb of olive oil,
drink some apple cider vinegar with some purified water too
cleans the system

well i guess that would explain y u wouldn't get help off ur pops :keke:.......the way i figured out my numbers for the first week of my diet was to count my numbers the previous week and then lower everything down but still keep protein high.

i'll prolly tell him when im about 6 weeks out that im competing, and give him a look on how im looking goings towards the comp.

today felt hard.. i didnt get to train as the gym was closed due to flooding inside from heavy rain.

about 6:30 it really hit me hard but i got over that hump.
i hope i will do fine in the comp:ughfingers:

i might take some new pictures on monday since ill be 13 weeks out, prolly wont see anything different but its a good idea i reckon just to keep track to see if i notice any slight change.

yeah pretty much
dad was a bodybuilder
his girlfriend was a figure bodybuilder

my cousin was a bodybuilder
my uncle was a bodybuilder, now more of a P.T
Aunty is a figure and bodybuilder aswel as a P.T

and now im on the road to become one :hsughr:

nice fam u have there.A lot of support.I think in most families they would think that bodybuilding is a waste of time and they should spend their time doing something else.But you have a family that undestand and also love the sport that u love so much!nice to have that for sure!
