If so, you're on a bulk weapon, spice thangs up and enjoy yourself a bit. Chicken sucks after you eat it that many times, and I can't even imagine what the texture of the brown rice begins to feel like.

1. Need much more calories to place you in a surplus.

2. Need more complete protein sources (I.e, protein dominant sources, carrying all EAA's for repair).

3. More healthy fats. Especially before bed.

4. What is your post workout meal? This, pre workout and the morning are the most crucial meals of the day.

Bro, honestly, I think you need to set up a proper meal plan. That said, I don't mean tracking, macro-counting, etc. I mean nutritional timing and planning. I'm not sure if it's your living conditions but there's several things I could think of here that could help you out significantly.
