A lot of good back work in there. Good idea on passing on the deads as well, better to have rested erectors come squating time.

Great leg session all around bro, I would have not done the 300lb set of squats though and gone right up to 315 for 12-15reps rather than wasting your energy on a set that you didn't need. Keep pushing it and you will be up to 365 then 405 for several reps in no time :xyxthumbs:
Great Hacks also :2:

Decided to change things up for a bit, give my joints and body a rest from the heavy training. I'm gonna work a high volume training style for the next few months and see how it works. Changed my reps from 5-6 to 8-10 and upped the sets considerably. Lowered the weights a bit to compensate. Here was the first session done earlier tonight

Legs - rest between sets no more than 90 seconds usually 60 seconds
Leg ext warmup 90x15x3
Leg Press 10platesx10, 12platesx10, 14platesx10
Hacks 225x10 to ez, 315x10, 315x10 dropped 225x4
BB Lunges 135x10 per leg, 185x10x2
Squats 225x10, 315x8 dropped 135x10 thought i was gonna passout
Leg ext 175x failure think it was 11

Seated Leg curls 100x10, 120x10, 135x10
Lying leg curls 120x10x2
SLDL 185x10, 225x10

Thanks man...I was satisfied. Weights werent the best, I found my body had trouble adjusting from the 6 rep range to the 10 rep but thats to be expected. Endurance will build up over the coming weeks. Great intensity though felt completely done at the end for sure :tiphat:

welcome back to the world of pain:D high volume rocks imo, and its good changing things up if u have dont HIT for awhile, ur joints probably needs to recover, so change is good. session looks solid as hell, great leg pressing, and the squats are damn awesome considering u did extensions and leg presses first:D how is the legs coming along as far as hypertrophy goes? have u managed to bring them up, i remember u mentioned them as a weakpoint...
