Yea I bought me soem chains too bro about 3 of them thiking of getting 2 more 6ft a piece.

Now to get to 200kg bro i'll be with ya the entire way.

Im interested with the chains with the squats, what would be the purpose of it?

it is very popular in powerlifting, the chains help with prosessive resistance. for instance the squat, in the lockout position, the chains are not touching the ground so you are carrying all the weight. But when you go down the chains touch the ground. more chains on the ground means less weight. When you go up the weight increases again.
