Sami is what bodybuilding should look like, and not only for the 212 class. It's a shame that with a 2nd place in NY (should have won), he couldn't qualify for the O.

Wtf Jose Raymond with separation O_O

I loved that video. That is what a good bodybuilding update video should be like. Some solid mandatory posing. Kai Greene, Phil Heath and the other top guys should put out videos like this. Most pro's used to, now they just train covered up and hit two shots. It sucks that we only get to appreciate things like that during contests which are not very frequent for the top pro's.
