Dog Train J Mountain and Evan part 1 ..Good vid guys!

This is no where near your average chest workout.
Those familiar with John's Mountain Dog training know that
it is something akin to blood occlusion training meaning INTENSE muscular pumps.

To quote John 3/4 through the workout, "I didn't know I could pump even more blood in there."
Key factors to this particular chest workout are the lifts, the techniques and their intra workout nutrition.
Try this workout and tune back in for part 2 where they pair shoulders with chest.

Chest day today with Matt and Butch! We didn't make it to The Original Metroflex Gym - Arlington Texas
due to icy road conditions! None-the-less we still managed to annihilate chest by doing drop sets!

Yes those three will definately be in the mix but dont forget Pacman too... IMO it will be amongst these four with Fouad getting screwed over in favor of effen Curry for the fifth spot!

Justin Compton looks sick! I have him in the top 3 with Evan and Dexter.
