This was one of the best Arnolds imo. Bonac deserved the win. He has that younger looking muscle compared to Dex, and wins more poses, while in the side chest he is killing it.
Also happy for Thor winning the Arnold in Ohio for the 1st time. This has to be his year in strongman.

Ray Williams got a new World Record on the raw (knee sleeves and belt) in the squat with 485kg / 1069lbs!

On his next competition he will attempt 1100lbs or 500kg for sure. Crazy.
