They will train together for the last 3 weeks until the Olympia.

Dude better be happy he found a first class ticket he wouldnt fit in 2 economy class seats maybe now with covid that a seat is empty in between LOL

They worked together for the 2013 and 2014 NY Pro & Olympia, then Ramy went with George Farah in 2015 winning the 2015 Arnold Brasil, then in 2016 he went with Chris Aceto, and after that he went back to one of his first coaches in O2 gym, and finally started working with Chad Nicholls for 2020.

Based on what he said in the IG stories, they will only train together, since they were and still are friends.

DJ will probably help him with the posing as well.

Thanks for the info. Lots of changes there for Ramy. Dennis James was the guy who was there at the beginning so it's cool to see that they're still tight.
