^^ well, in theory it is actually kind of "simple".

Bring paper skin like conditioning, with insane separation in key poses like back double biceps, glute-ham tie ins, hamstring details ala Phil Heath or Kai Greene, and deep quad details from the front.

Size wise he is ok now, and for prejudging he was really close to Ramy. Maybe he brought 15 lbs more than the 2020 Olympia version, but he looked very similar to his "less detailed" look from 2019 Olympia, so this is not really an improvement imo.

If he will bring all of this, he will win with perfect scores, but I think at his age now and for his genetics he cannot bring that Phil Heath or Dexter like conditioning and separation.

“In 2019, after Brandon won the Olympia, i asked one of the top guys what should i do/improve Brandon to keep winning the olympia, what adjustments should we make; he told me to bring him very lean and shredded, we did just that and still lost in 2020.

Then asked them what adjustments should we make to bring back the title they told me to bring him bigger, which we did. This year Brandon was 15lb heavier and still lost.

I don’t know what they need as they keep changing things around”
