Samson Dauda & Quinton: Back Day Grind – 8 Weeks Out From Mr. Olympia

Samson Dauda is officially 8 weeks out from the 2025 Mr. Olympia, and this week’s training brought an all-out back session alongside Quinton, who is just 3 weeks out from his own show. The intensity was clear from the start—heavy sets, nonstop volume, and no wasted movement.

Samson explained how his prep is tightening up: no more flavored intra-workouts, just water with creatine and glutamine. Even his sauces and seasonings have been cut to the bare minimum—every little trigger stripped away to push conditioning as deep as possible this year.

Quinton may have been smiling for the camera, but Samson made it clear—prep has him battling hard. Still, both men thrived off the energy of training together. Samson noted how valuable it is to have another Olympia-bound athlete pushing alongside him, instead of grinding solo like in the past.

The workout itself was filled with gut-check sets—high-rep pulls, heavy stretches, and those brutal last reps where they pushed each other until failure. The session didn’t end when the weights dropped, either. They closed by posing side-by-side, sharing insight and feedback on presentation—iron sharpening iron.

Both athletes reflected on the grind afterward. Samson praised Quinton’s steady improvements and drive, while Quinton admitted he’s still learning and taking in everything from training with a top-tier pro. For him, seeing Samson’s lifestyle and discipline up close is a reality check on what it takes to reach the Olympia stage.

This wasn’t just another training day—it was two competitors pushing themselves past limits, feeding off each other’s energy, and reminding fans exactly why bodybuilding is built on work, discipline, and respect.
