As far as things to work on...well, your biceps certainly don't need any work. They're ridiculous. I think that may make your triceps look small in poses like your front double bi, even though they're plainly large slabs of meat when you look at poses like your side chest and rear lat spread.
Your shoulders seem to be overpowered by your arms here:
But then they look ridiculous in your back double bi! So I don't know; maybe that's a posing thing.
Your quads are thick and have great separation. Looks like all they need is a little more sweep.
Also, we know you have that huuuuuuge rear lat spread; I don't know why they're not dominating your front lat spread.
So, I would say triceps, shoulders, and quad sweep are things to improve on in the future. They are in no way deficient, it's just that some of you is really developed already. For this show, just practice those poses like a freakin' narcissist!
As far as things you don't need to improve on...I already mentioned your biceps and rear lat spread. Your back thickness is insane. I could grate cheese on it. Your chest is pretty meaty upper and lower, which comes in handy for all the cheese I just grated. Calves look awesome. Abs are coming in great; I had no idea us fat guys could have obliques like JB! And your diet looks like it's right on track.
