Holy shit man! You are progressing very well to say the least. Your quads are slowly getting more separated each week. Your midsection is getting tighter each time also. Just keep doing what you're doing and you should be spot on for the contest. How long have you been training? I know you are not that old and I'm slightly jealous of how well your physique has gotten at your age.

I'm not sure about that, but he had more strength at 4 weeks out than he's ever had. His strength is finally starting to decline a bit, but that's no biggie being 3 weeks out.damn dude.. i could be mistaken, but it actually looks like your gaining muscle as you lean down.. WTF?
