I'd work on your posing though, a few weak points. It doesn't look like you're blowing out all your air with the ab and thigh poses, you should definitely work on this. A few of the poses you aren't hitting long enough either, its almost like you're doing a dance with a bit of a pose thrown in there, in some aspects. Make sure you hit the pose, and hold it.

Looking good mate! one peace of advice...u should work on ur back and ur arms in the offseason...othere then that u look terrific!! awesome legs and chest!

yeah my legs are genetically grew out of control but i do work on my weakest body parts twice a week and quads just once sometimes hams twice a week. So hold the posses lil bit longer i know that wasnt my 90sec. routine just some quick shots but thanx for the advice fellas aint got nobody helping me i been doing this for 4 years almost all on my own competition prep and all so not too bad huh?

try keeping your back arm tighter to your body on your side chest so you push your pec farthest away tight. there shouldn't be a lot of room between your body and your arm
