After wk 2 squats and MPs my total is up by 14Kg, I can't wait for today's session (deadlifts).
Update: just repped that last shit 9 times wooooooooooo.Deadlift calculation is 13.5Kg above last week LOL good day today! Even my grip was good. Aiming for a 480+ total this week!

Thank you Line, i'm loving this 5/3/1 thing not because this week2>week1 anecdote but because it's fun, fast (~45mins and you're done), lets you move some decent weight and it has got me rediscover standing MP presses and...

your on bro. im 25 in the next week so it will add extra spice to our rivalry. i may get upto 105kg bw tho to make the 650 easier lol.

hello gentlemen. One more week is over, and what a damn week. I was so excited to do my first "3-week" 5-3-1 heavy weight sets and I spent sunday night, monday and tuesday living on the shitter with a viral infection. Really upset. Keeping myself hydrated was a full-time job, seriously.

On wendsday I was back to normal (well, normal but with 1.5Kg less of BW) and decided to do the "not doing jack shit"* version of the program. In fact i did squats 5-3-1 i i felt good and strong (7 reps) so i then did MP 5-3-1 wich went good too, then went home.
yesterday was deadlift day. The 5 set was easy, the 3 set was neat, then the 1 set came, i did 8 reps and felt like a sexier andy bolton just to realize I had 10Kg less on the bar than i was suppose to have. A couple blasphemies later I loaded the fucking thing and (with a belt on this time) I got 7 reps out of pure rage. Today's benchpressing was acceptable, my legs are the problem lol, they hurt.

With all that still this week>last week and as i'm still 1Kg behind in bodyweight wilks are also better haha!

Cycle 1, week 3
total: 488.85Kg (i wanted 490, meh)
bw: 88 Kg
wilks: 315.748215

500+ total is doable this week (cycle 2 week 1) due to sky-rocketing deadlift! i'm loving this shit.
Also my grip is feeling stronger, so i might be cancer-free.

I'll probs be heading back into 5/3/1 after I finish smolov. I'm looking at comming out with a 600kg total :D Shouldn't be too hard!

PS: following holy Strongripology doctrine i've raised the weight on my fat-grip Kroc rows too.
