Definite improvments from the first pic, keep up the hard work buddy its paying off (from your first pics)

On the new pics I would have to say that your leg development is good and up with your torso, but your arms are not up to everything else (and you will find that your legs may come up faster) What is your training looking like for arms, legs, hell you can tell us your routine. :2:, I and/or others can help you smooth some kinks out to get you rollin faster.

vic your diet is too strict..u dont wanna eat tooo clean when bulking..you gonna need some body fat dude...more carbs and calories bro.

advice..eat some rice cakes..they real easy to eat and loaded with carbs.

I would reccomend a clean bulk. Sure you should throw down a burger or pizza every few days or so but judging by your pics, and everyone for that matter, I would keep it clean except for the occasional cravings every couple days. Quality calories equals quality mass. Eat like a horse but eat clean and smart. And the rice cakes I eat have only 8 carbs a cake...not really loaded enough for most people to get the calories they need. I would stick to carbs like oats, rice, potatoes, pasta etc. Things like that are cheap and clean carb dense!

yeah buddy....i think a big problem is that a lot of ppl get gains from a certain routine and then think that it must be the best for them, therefore just sticking to it and not trying ne thing else.... but imho ppl defianlty need to keep switching up their routines, u can always go back :tiphat:
