I am back from vacation and time to hit the gym real hard. We had a good time and I didnt really stick to a diet so.
Taking it easy today with a little running on the treadmill for 25 mins @ 5.0
Also elyptical machine for 15 mins'
4 sets of crunches til failure. Tomorrow we will see how weak I am in the gym.LOL
Some big numbers in this log , I'll be lookin in here more often. That's a good light day, quick and effective, keep up the big effort bro. Good Cardio sessions too.
Not what I'd call a "light" chest day at all, man (maybe for you though)! Glad to see you're smart enough to ease back into things and not try to kill yourself in there...yet. lol
Oh bro, I bet you had that "I got mellons for arms" kind of pump. Love that feel. Is that routine something you do now and then or were you pushed for time? Nice weight for supersets too bro, way to go
