Good pressing, man. Don't worry about the dips, as you were probably fatigued from all that benching...that is, unless dips usually aren't a strong movement for you, in which case, at least you're taking the first step to improving them: actually doing them anyway. Keep up the good work.

Solid session. I can imagine how taxed your chest, arms, and shoulders were following all that swimming and pressing. Good job sticking it out and getting some decent volume in regardless.

good session big fella. the benching was great and if u can do 2.5 per session ull be one of the best presses on the board in no time.
