Andrea Presti is an Italian bodybuilder born in the Province of Brindisi, Italy on June 29th 1987. Andrea began doing sports at age 10 and slowly fell in love with weight training and fitness which soon turned into a lifestyle and ethos that he lives by to this day. Andrea's motto can be found on his Instagram profile: "Your body is your vehicle to achieve great things". Andrea has been competing since 2008 and also works as a personal trainer.
For Andrea, taking time out of his daily routine for himself was always important so when Andrea turned 25 he started preparing for the 2013 Mr Olympia contest. Andrea follows a very strict diet plan, not allowing himself any junk food or red meat while following a high protein low-carb diet. Andrea also knows how to enjoy himself and has a good sense of humor, Andrea's Instagram profile is filled with jokes and Andrea is well known for his content hashtags that include #coolguywithabigsnake #kslifestyle
Andrea Presti came in 16th at the 2021 Olympia.
