With a 130kg bench today that has finally not come at the cost of aggravating my shoulder I'm well on track for a bench PB in 2-3 weeks (140kg is my previous). Deadlift will take longer, much longer. Squat I'm unsure of as I'm only in the middle of the phase, but have added heaps to my front squat. I should hit +130kg tomorrow so the back squat would be close to PB territory (for ATG).

I'm still undecided as to whether to knock some depth off my squat to add some poundage. Parallel feels like it is far too shallow for me.

Ive put 20kg and 5 reps on my bench since I started doing this semi powerlifting routine.

^^ I hate that too. The part that really gets me is that most of their idealism is factually flawed. Yet they want to shove it down everyone's throat. They carry on about how they are ridiculed for not eating meat and will never be strong enough as a result, yet they can't smell their own hipocrisy.

Interesting point though; they are claiming to be strong and yet their best lifter is only out-lifting me by 20kg. I'm at best a journeyman lifter who does this as a hobby.

Well I haven't really had a week off with the moving house, but I am chomping at the bit to lift again.

The new area to train will be interesting. I'll probably knock up a sled sometime soon as well.

It was the day where Freako, Pickle and Myself destroyed a gym. Lots of fun was had, videos captured, and PB's reached. Not to mention an epic pant tear :D

lol, The weird thing is it really happend freako was dropping his deadlifts after lockout and he was pulling so much weight the building nearly fell down.

highlights
Skip 160kg squat, 180kg deadlift(video)
Elfreako 190kg squat,(video) 160kg bench, 220 deadlift, 15 chins!
Me 120kg bench lol. did pull 180kg on deadlift as well but it was max monster form. not enough glutes, hips went too early etc.

skip, your pants tear i filmed and i wish i didnt. i wont upload it, lets just say its one to send you and you'll lol but if it went public you may possibly cry. Vids to come just uploading now.
