Yea bro knees wraps are awesome espeically if you are recovering one I go over 300 in leg related activites knee wraps go on for safety and self security.

Also I did these things I cant remember the name of, its when you use the bar racked on the bench and lean your body back to do pull ups with, some what like a reverse push up. did three sets of ten on those and they worked great to finish off my back

Great sessions bambam, glad to see you still getting things done over your break, the reverse push up is a modified pull up Can't remember the name though but it does give a good burn.

Talked to my head coach here and hes going to the American Football Coaches Asscioation Convention this weekend. Hes gonna post my resume for the Grad. Asst job up there, hopefully that will help get me some options early.

Talked with my Advisor too and found out if her meeting with some people trying to get some of my courses at other schools to count doesnt go well I might have to take 21 friggin hours this semester to grad. That would blow.

I'd agree with PV on the presses but you are a linebacker a combination of the speed and strength of football you better be getting 275 lmao.

On the advisor front dude that just fucking blows.

I do love the BB cruls though.

Thanks fellas. Your right samoan... my bench always seems to drop dramatically through the course of a season though just because your not able to lift heavy with the beating your putting on your body. It does look like I'll be taking 21 hours or if that won't work I might have to go to summer school and graduate then. If I could do college all over again I'd never even go to an advisor, I'd go straight to the registrar's office, the advising system is just a way to keep students out of the office to have misinformed people try to guide them on what to take only to be misled and wind up having to spend more money..... lol ok I'm done ranting

Nice session and the best thing to do during the season is maintain strength instead of gain.
