Shoulders and Back tomm. Finals start tomm too and my first exam is earth science, shouldnt be too bad but I got to get to studying.

^^ haha it is a small world. I dont know him though. My college football has been spread about lol. I walked on and earned a scholarship and spent my first 3 years at Charleston Southern Univ and loved it but my major was dropped and I was given the option to stay but graduate in 6 years, so I was like fuck that. I got a good scholarship offer from Brevard college and took it and a week after I signed the head coach was fired, needless to say the coach that was bought in was awful and I decided to leave and thats how I got here to Methodist. What year did your boy Johnathan graduate?

Pfft shit...... lets see about 2004-2005 and he went on into the AFL Arena football for paid close to $100k a year. Team dissapated and now he's a def coach at the high school we graduated from lol. Me and him make up 2 of the 3 guys whom ever benched 400 there before graduating.

Todays workout- The football weight room was locked up so I had to use the student weight room, the benefit to that is good looking girls, the downfall hardly any free weights (gay). My exams are starting to take a toll on me, not sure if I'll get another lift in until I'm done next tuesday.

Nice one bro, but like they say women are the great motivator in the weight room but are also the greatest distraction lol. It's a online browser based game I play in my free time I can play it during my computer classes at college lol.

Monday only two hours of sleep, had to turn in my senior thesis paper on tuesday. Drove home yesterday and didnt train. I need to get back on the horse. I'll most likely be training at home while I'm on christmas break, no point in paying for a month gym fee when I wont even be here a month. I have a good amount of free weights so I'll just have to get more creative and it will probably be good since I'll be hitting more compound lifts. Legs this afternoon

thanks guys, kinda sucks. I used to be sooooo much stronger on squats. My other training thread from a long time ago in here should show that. I just want to work back into it with legs and focus on form so that I dont push anything too fast on my knees--- stupid football injuries
I just would love to have the strength back up there without having to worry about my knees
