Thanks guys,
Sorry I havent keep it updated here lately but I have still been working hard to get ready for camp.
Today I got 360 on Bench.

I'll be moving into school this sunday for camp and practice will begin Monday morning with the dreaded conditioning test. Our first opponet, Campbell University has been talking a lot of shit to the press so the game should be a packed house and a good show.

Well brothers of Iron my football season ended this past weekend and I'm going to try to get back into the swing of things with posting. Currently I'm doing a detox, the one that I posted. Took a little bit of time off to heal up the joints as well. In the later part of the season I tore my mcl, but its 90% recovered and I'm still rehabing it with the athletic training staff every day. Ultrasound has helped it alot. I've also changed my diet, now that football is over with I want to eat cleaner and drop some fat.

Today was my first day back to working out so I just want to take it easy right now while getting back into the swing of things. Our football program's in season lifting really doesnt help to maintain much. I'm sure I've lost a good bit because of that.

Yesterday I did my first shot of injectable B12, did 1mg
Today I'm feeling some DOMS just from the lay off especially in the biceps. I ran out of protein and stopped by the vitamin shop to check out the clearance section and found a jug of AST's VP2 Whey for only 10$ when its regular 45$ so I got that. When it comes to protein I usually just go with whatever is the cheapest.

None the less today I did my rehab exercises followed by some Ultra Sound on my knee and then lifted Legs for the first time in a while. I will be going light on legs for a little while to work my knee back into it.

Thanks samoanz. I had a samoan DT that I played with Charleston Southern Univ. and the dude was bad ass genetic freak. 6'3" 290. lol he got suspended my first year for stealing a golf cart at night while drunk and screaming to the school's secruity guards "fuck the police"

Todays workout I did in the student weight room which has limited free weights. It feels good to be getting back into it, I was jamming to metallica while lifting.

ROFL alcohol and samoans don't mix... what was his name i'm prolly related practically as all samoans are related to one another which is why if a samoan meets a samoan they are close and consider each other fmaily members immediately, most families can traces their linage to 4 people back 1000 years ago whom apparently orgy fucked and had kids like crazy.

Samoanz- thats really interesting, I didnt know that and its always nice to learn about different heritages. One thing I do know is all you guys are big. I believe that has been accounted to the diet, is that correct? btw his name was Philip Jordan and he transferred to csu from a junior college in Cali.

Well during thanksgiving break I worked out a little, no where near what I wanted and with thanksgiving and my gf cooking amples of meals for me I gained 3 pounds over the break. Back on to the diet lol. I'm gonna try to train everyday between studying hard for my exams. Here is todays workout.
