Best side chest in bodybuilding?

Side chest is my favorite pose, not sure why.

Who's got the best? Active bodybuilders only please.

That's why I made the thread.

If I made a "best side tricep" thread, everyone would pick Phil Heath.

If I made a "best front double bicep" thread, everyone would choose Cutler.


With this thread, it could go in anyone's favor.

im going with victor in this one. his pecs are the best in todays pro rank imo. full from top to bottom and thick as hell too.

He doesn't hit the pose that well IMO...he has a sick chest but he looks to tall in the pose. Just the way he is hitting it

While I am not a huge fan of Victor, I really think he takes this one. If we are looking at the whole pose here, his leg development from the side is great with nice ham/quad/glute separation and his arms look phenomenal as well.

While I am not a huge fan of Victor Martinez, I really think he takes this one. If we are looking at the whole pose here, his leg development from the side is great with nice ham/quad/glute separation and his arms look phenomenal as well.

His separation is great, but it's a little better on his left side than his right.

I believe Kai Greene has the side chest. Thickest legs from the side, glute striations, phenomenal left pec striations, and even tricep striations. When he's on, I don't think he's beatable in this pose.

it's between Vic and Kai for me.

i'm gonna go with Vic on this one. Kai looks freaky in this pose but i think Vic looks better. his arms, delts and chest are so proportionate to eachother. and i like the way he hits the pose. i dont like it when they bend their knees that much. looks better the way Vic stands. and also alot of them turn their upper bodies too much. it's called side chest so it should be shown from the side, like Vic does.

Agreed. Personally, I love Kai's side chest, it's one of his strong poses.
I pick Kai's over Vic's because of the lower body being so dominant; the sick hamstring drop, striated glutes, plus calves.
