I did 10 mins fast paced on elliptical & pretty much back to back sets on what few exercises I did, so my heart rate was pretty high before I even started hitting the heavy bag. As I was saying before too... I have much work to do on my cardio. I want to eventually be able to do high intensity cardio for long periods because that is what keeps me motivated & interested. Just something I want to try. I understand what you are saying & is helpful advice. Thank you
