My mindset about my diet & cardio have changed quite a bit during this log & I intend on keeping it going, whether on cycle or not. That way, I can go into my next cycle far leaner than what I was for this one

Trust me brother it's way to go!!
One thing U should know is I was a stocky heavy set BMF in 20s. I worked out and was full of muscle but I never cut I just bulked!!
Around 29 i had some issues car wreck pain pills from Dr...... addiction...
I stopped working out and needed to diet and start again.
I was uncomfortable and desperate and couldn't understand how to get back the shape I was.
I went on strict diet using ECA stack and clen stack back and forth with Sustanon and Eq. After 110 days I went from 248 soft had stopped working out to around 195 good shape after working out and stack with strict diet. Not lean as now but around 14%.
Since then I stayed under 215 and sometimes at 5'8" as low as 178 and I can show u the photos, I look big at that weight. It is my avatar at MC and I was around 4% BF just previous to the photo and didn't take photo. Post cycle had came into affect in photo. Lol
But anyway my metabolism changed from that point around 30 and my body never gained as much again and I am cool with it.
I accepted that I would never be 250 at 8% that my genetics didn't allow, but thru hgh at high doses and gear it may but I am happy at 190-210 and I just try to gain more lean muscle.
Anyway true story!

Me too. Today was a horrible day for my diet! Between getting up late & doing that workout instead of cooking my food... I'll get it back in line tomorrow. In time, I know I'll get better with the diet & food preparation

On food just make best choices on availability even at MC Donald get south west salad double chicken
Wendy's chicken salad and chili.
Etc etc. There is something at most places

I have that same china,we use it around thanksgiving or for other special meals....

Been doing some thinking tonight fellas... a lot of it! I'm actually pacing around my house right now because I'm so pissed at myself. I got home tonight & looked in the mirror & just felt fat as fuck!!! I'm not trying to sound like a whiny pansy ass, but I haven't been hard enough on myself about getting lean. I am going to torture my body for the next few weeks & when I REALLY set my mind to something... I'm going to get it done! I said in the beginning that I was going to diet & though I am eating a little better than before, it is not by much. I had a shit load of lasagna today, cheese covered ground beef with tatertots last night & if anyone on here needs to really watch that shit... it is me!! I have to start thinking more like a bodybuilder & less like a sloppy ass dude who loves to lift & just gets big. That's how I've been, even to this day. I have no problem being honest. Something just clicked tonight & I thought .. if I don't do this right, I am pissing away my time, my gear & I will never know what my potential is! I LOVE lifting weights, but my diet & cardio WILL be just as high priority from now on. Sorry for the rant. Just speaking my mind. I will damn sure be buckling done from now on & doing what I need to do

Got up, had my protein shake & headed to the gym. I've got to try & get to bed earlier so I can get up earlier & get in this extra cardio & be better with food preparation. Hurried up & cooked some eggs & have the chicken breasts from yesterday. Weight was at 237 lbs. 11 pound loss

Arms

Cardio: finally got in over 40 minutes! 32 minutes walk\run & 10 mins elliptical. Wore down pretty good, but got my lifts in too

Dumbbell concentration curls: 6 sets of 25×20, 35×15, 45×12, 45×10, 45×10, 35×12

Single arm preacher curl machine: 5 sets of 10

Preacher curl machine both arms: 1 set consisting of 4 drop sets ×5, ×5, ×5, ×8

Ez bar press down: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12

Rope pressdown: 4 sets of 10

Reverse grip single arm pressdown: 4 sets of 10

Got sent home from work yesterday for getting sick. Kind of like last week, but definitely worse this time. Been in bed since. I'm actually up for the moment now & forced myself to eat something. Won't be able to make it to the gym today, but hoping to get back at it tomorrow. I'll probably drop a couple pounds, so I guess that's one positive thing about it...

Btw, this is the second time my stomach has been in knots in the last couple weeks, so it's got me thinking. Not sure what could be causing it, but I might take out something & see if that helps

I am no pro by any means, but I am wondering if the t3 is screwing with me in some way. I quit taking it for a few days when I was feeling sick & threw it back in the day before yesterday, so I wonder if that is possible. I looked into & there were a few people that claimed that could be it, but is uncommon. Just a shot in the dark at this point. I ate a bunch of garbage the other night when I decided it was time to buckle down & try harder too that might mess some people's stomachs up, but that shouldn't mess me up as I am used to it..

What I’ve found is that as I increased the number of meals that I eat each day, missing one was detrimental. If I miss a meal I get indigestion so bad it makes me cramp and feel like I need to puke. I run my t3 @100mcg/day so metabolism is very high. I have to eat every 2-2.5 hours or I’m miserable. Of course I am also running tren which slows the emptying of the stomach so my meals are small Try to get the diet dialed in with multiple smaller meals and see if that helps before dropping the t3 or if you feel better about dropping it first see if it resolves the issue. But still get the diet dialed in and then look at reintroducing the t3. Also be wary if you take the t3 to 100mcg because I find that it makes me very hungry and with you already running mk677, which also causes hunger.

Thos are awesome points. I will do exactly that & reintroduce the t3 in at another time. I will keep up with the MK677. I am also consdiering running tren or winny some time soon

Trying to eat anything I can possibly get an appetite for. Had a couple pieces of small pizza. It has helped. I think I'm going to pick up a bottle of musclemilk at the station because I am seriously lacking some protein & I have to go to the store. I probably shouldn't, but if I feel up to it, I will do home push up & shoulder routine
