I did end up going & doing legs just a little bit ago. I could not get enough! I could have done more for sure, but I figured I had done plenty. There is no doubt that the tren is already kicking in. Strength looked great & my muscles were like a sponge & was soaking up the all the volume I gave them. Good workout.

Legs

Cardio: 5 sets of running in place. Did them until I was winded. Also did a couple sets on the heavy bag until winded. Didn't time myself, but it was a good cardio session.

Single leg, leg press: 7 sets of 15, 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, 8

Leg press machine: 1 giant set starting at 20 & just kept dropping until I couldn't do another rep. This machine was to easy & could do all the weight for 20 reps without putting a 100% effort in. Probably won't do it again.

Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 55×10, 70×10, 90×10

Body weight squats: 5 sets of 20 slow reps. Great pump after a 100 reps!

Seated leg curls: 6 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10 drop set for 8 more reps

Standing calf raises: 1 set of 30, holding on last rep

Single leg standing calf raises: 4 sets of 12

1 more set with both legs standing calf raises for 30, holding on last rep

Would have been a good day to do a shit load of squats, but I am only doing those every other leg day.

Chest, shoulders & traps

Cardio: 25 mins incline walk, 5 mins jogging & 5 mins elliptical. Total= 35 mins

Barbell bench press: 7 sets of 135×15, 185×12, 225×10, 275×5, 315×5, 315×3, 225×12

Elevated push ups: 3 sets of 15

Cable flyes: 3 sets of 12

Barbell shrugs: 135×20, 225×15, 315×12, 405×5

Leaning dumbbell side delt raise: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10

Dumbbell reverse flyes: 3 sets of 12

Felt really good at the gym. Still doing slow reps on barbell bench. Could do more with a faster, more explosive rep speed, but it's hell on my shoulder as it is, so I'm playing it smart. Might do back tomorrow. Haven't decided

Feeling the tren big time tonight! Feeling like a damn animal!! Hot & aggressive... I got this though. Only second time running it. Already running at a higher dose than I did the first time I ran it, which is still not much. Took a stroll through the store with all the late night idiots & I feel like my face is on fire now!!! This tren is strong for sure. I got a feeling it's going to be a game changer for me. Already wanting to lift again

It's all good bro. I'm just pissed at myself really. Ignored the advice on diet & cardio until recently, so that's on me. Not as lean as I want to be, but it's just fuel for me to get my shit together. Suck it up & get better! That's my plan

Decided to save my back workout for tomorrow & just focus on cardio today. Threw in abs too. I wanted to hit between 45 mins to an hour of cardio & I got it. All I had before hitting the gym was a protein shake & some chicken, so I was way hungry! Had 2 chicken soft tacos after my workout & was still super hungry, but I didn't give in. Came home & had a protein shake.

Cardio: 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairs, 10 mins incline walk & 10 mins run\walk= 50 mins total. Those stairs are brutal!!! I put it on level 15 for the last 45 seconds & it got me real good. Very glad I did it!

Abs

Decline sit ups: 3 sets of 20

Rocky 4's: 3 sets of 7

Planks\side planks super set: 3 sets. Not sure how long I held it.

Eating the chicken right now, along with some cottage cheese. No carbs, besides a little from the sauce & cottage cheese. Going to trim that little amount of fat off that pork loin & cook it here in a bit. Going to marinated it with a small amount of olive oil, cajun seasoning, seasoning salt & pepper. Trying to stay on top of this diet. Wasn't doing so good before, but I'm sticking to it now for sure.

Meal 1: powdered peanut butter & whey protein shake

Meal 2: chicken breast

Meal 3: steak soft taco & chicken soft taco with pico & lettuce

Meal 4: whey protein shake

Meal 5: 6 oz of steak with 1 large tortilla & small amount of hot cheese

Meal 6: chicken breast & cottage cheese

Meal 7: pork loin

It's no worries I know how it can be!!
BUT I will give u other advice!!

Check it out, I eat Debbie cakes, m&m's,
4 corn dogs and 2 hit dogs ate all that from 9:30 to 11:30 last night and cookies!!

I choose my gear wisely and I choose what offsets other things.
I use the hgh of course and t3 and with that combo with gear after around 2 months fat melting then it starts melting diet or not!!
But my workouts are very hard and my body has adapted to having no choice but to get thru it easier, by being more efficient!!

Another things is this!! I need 3000mg total of gear a week or more to lose fat and get lean if I don't it doesn't pan out!!
More androgens especially right balance and bam!!
Also cruising and blasting being on without crashing do wonders for fat loose.

Hgh is cool. But 3000-4500 mg total gear a week balanced proper with t3 will do it as long as u pumping iron and workouts intense.
People with slow metabolic rate usually have low thyroid!! And most ranges allow for too low levels that are not enough!

Just saying shuttling food, burning it, and working out hard the key!!

Diet clean is great but I know tons who say it's overrated unless u trying to be a pro or....
But I eat my good food and junk has no effect or not much once I got metabolism rolling!!
Some will disagree but if u knew me u would say where does your calories go???
Training body and using above stuff is trick!
