I did end up going & doing legs just a little bit ago. I could not get enough! I could have done more for sure, but I figured I had done plenty. There is no doubt that the tren is already kicking in. Strength looked great & my muscles were like a sponge & was soaking up the all the volume I gave them. Good workout.
Legs
Cardio: 5 sets of running in place. Did them until I was winded. Also did a couple sets on the heavy bag until winded. Didn't time myself, but it was a good cardio session.
Single leg, leg press: 7 sets of 15, 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, 8
Leg press machine: 1 giant set starting at 20 & just kept dropping until I couldn't do another rep. This machine was to easy & could do all the weight for 20 reps without putting a 100% effort in. Probably won't do it again.
Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 55×10, 70×10, 90×10
Body weight squats: 5 sets of 20 slow reps. Great pump after a 100 reps!
Seated leg curls: 6 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10 drop set for 8 more reps
Standing calf raises: 1 set of 30, holding on last rep
Single leg standing calf raises: 4 sets of 12
1 more set with both legs standing calf raises for 30, holding on last rep
Would have been a good day to do a shit load of squats, but I am only doing those every other leg day.
