But also have read for many years about training and syntergesicly using enough mg of gear that results come and combo of t3 to shuttle and burn!!!
It got to a point that I end up lean even on bulk gear but my goal has always been to have as much muscle as I can hold with minimum bf%. Basically what a bodybuilder does, is , and way one thinks

I try to be as honest & realistic as I can. I know I can get lean before the end of this contest. It's just going to take dedication to diet & cardio that I haven't had since wrestling in school. I LOVE lifting weights & used to train more for strength, so this is a much needed change for me anyway. Like I said before, regardless of what I look like in the end, this contest is exactly what I needed. I was going to end up being a 260 lb or so power lifter, with a shit load of fat! I am much more motivated for the change now, than before.

My workouts in the gym are going great & I am getting in better shape all the time, but I am still needing to drop fat as you can see. I have made some changes in appearance, but it is not nearly as much as I wanted to have at this point & it has motivated me to work harder. I have added tren, cut my carbs in half, doing more cardio & not eating processed foods nearly as much just in the last week, so I am expecting some big changes in the next couple weeks. I'm determined to get it done & make it happen now.

Brother I fight injuries constant.So much is mental, so I completely understand the pep talks to yourself. I have shown a lot of anger towards myself recently, especially about the lack of willpower when it comes to food! You hit the nail on the head about that surgery getting me good & it doesn't help that the fuc#ing dr didn't fix it! I just don't come out & say that because I am not trying to make excuses. Besides, it may not be what it was before, but I have been healthy enough to make more change than I have been, so that is something that I WILL change! Thanks for the compliment as well. I have every intention of making even more changes in appearance in the next few weeks, than I have so far in this contest. Even if I don't seem like I see eye to eye with you about everything always, the advice is much appreciated! I know you know your shit & I respect that. Been a hell of a contest so far! Looking forward to the next few weeks.

Holding at 235 lbs now. As long as I get lean in the process, I'm good with that! Felt good day today. Was out of town most of the day, but just got my workout in a couple hours ago.
Arms & abs
Cardio: 20 mins incline walking, 10 mins run\walk & 10 mins elliptical. Squats had my legs on fire, but I still got 40 mins in.
Dumbbell concentration curls: 6 sets of 25×17, 35×12, 45×8, 55×6, 50×8, 40×12
Ez bar skullcrushers: 4 sets of 60×20, 80×12, 100×10, 100×10
Machine preacher curls: 5 sets of 15, 12, 8, 6, 10 & dropped for 2 more sets of 8 & 12
Machine pressdowns: 4 sets of 17, 15, 12, 10
Single arm high cable curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 dropped weight for 2 more sets of 8 & 8
Ez bar pressdowns: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 & dropped weight for 2 more sets of 10 & 10
Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20
Crunch machine: 3 sets of 20
Dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 20, 15, 15 needed heavier dumbbells, but I made it work
As you can see, I threw in some dumbbell shrugs too. Had the energy & I need to hit them more anyway.
