Pull ups: 2 sets of 15

Cable lat pull downs: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10, 8 drop set last set for 10 reps

Tbar row: 6 sets of 1 plate × 20, 2 plates × 10, 3 plates × 10, 4 plates × 8, 5 plates × 5 dropped down to 3 plates for 10 more reps

Wide grip cable row: 4 sets of 12, 8, 7, 8

Single arm cable pull down: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10

But also have read for many years about training and syntergesicly using enough mg of gear that results come and combo of t3 to shuttle and burn!!!

It got to a point that I end up lean even on bulk gear but my goal has always been to have as much muscle as I can hold with minimum bf%. Basically what a bodybuilder does, is , and way one thinks

I try to be as honest & realistic as I can. I know I can get lean before the end of this contest. It's just going to take dedication to diet & cardio that I haven't had since wrestling in school. I LOVE lifting weights & used to train more for strength, so this is a much needed change for me anyway. Like I said before, regardless of what I look like in the end, this contest is exactly what I needed. I was going to end up being a 260 lb or so power lifter, with a shit load of fat! I am much more motivated for the change now, than before.

U got this bro ...everyday just do a lil bit more than yesterday! Eat a lil better do a few more mins cardio do 1 or two more reps!! U got this!

Nothing wrong with powerlifter!!
I never had generics for it though!!!

Maybe try some Pharma Grade t3.
All I use is Pharma Grade tabs in blisters mostly!! But some branded come in packs.
I never used anything but tabs in t3 or t4.
And I never felt bad from it not one bit!!
Only hotter, more energy, less lethargic from hgh, but do get lump at thyroid gland first week or so which us normal!!

T3 is meant to be taken on an empty stomach first thing in morning with no food or drinks at least 35 minutes after to absorb!!

I have heard of people having to sh8t more at first but that is due to slow metabolism picking up.

Never heard anyone feeling bad EXCEPT when they have alot of fat to lose and in that case it's due to intracellular heat burning fat like or similar to DNP!!!

Losing fat takes life out of us when not used to it.

My woman had trouble with hormones after 4 kids. She had trouble losing weight Dr put her on Adipex and notta!!! She took t3 and hgh a few months then back on Adipex and losing ALL WEIGHT. she was 170 now 130 and still losing.
She stop hgh and t3 since November but it got thing rolling and Adipex then shined.

I took hers on a cut years ago from after daughter having her. Those Adipex worked for me big tyme I cut with Eq sust and 20mg dbol and was ripped photo avatar at another board!!

A place or 2 got them but they speed ya and wear u down worse than t3!!!
I in in adhd stims so I am like that 24/7 anyway!!!

I had a protein shake this morning, but I think I will wait a little bit & start the t3 again. I will start 25-30 mcg this time & go from there.

My workouts in the gym are going great & I am getting in better shape all the time, but I am still needing to drop fat as you can see. I have made some changes in appearance, but it is not nearly as much as I wanted to have at this point & it has motivated me to work harder. I have added tren, cut my carbs in half, doing more cardio & not eating processed foods nearly as much just in the last week, so I am expecting some big changes in the next couple weeks. I'm determined to get it done & make it happen now.

You’re leaning out some brother. Dial in the diet keep up the cardio. You’ve got this and know what you need to do.

I knew tonights workout was going to be brutal because I spent the majority the day chasing kids around the park, throwing a football, swinging & running around like a mad man lol. I was pretty exhausted already, but I got my legs in anyway & I'm glad that I did.

Legs

Cardio: 10 mins incline walk, 5 mins running at 6 mph & 5 mins flat walk. Only 20 mins, but I spent over 2 hours of running & sweating at the park, so I had to save some energy for squats.

Barbell squats: 7 sets of 135×15, 225×10, 315×8, 405×3, 405×3, 315×8, 225×12

Body weight lunges: 3 sets of 20

Single leg, leg extentions: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 10

Seated single leg, leg curls: 6 sets of 12, 10, 10, 10, 8, 8

Single leg standing calf raises: 4 sets of 12

Standing calf raises: 2 sets of 25, holding for 1 second at top of rep, every rep

I could probably do 405 lbs on squat for 5 reps at 100% effort, but I think I should be doing better than that. I might start doing squat on every leg day, until I'm satisfied with my reps on that weight. I want to get 8-10 reps at 405 lbs. Right now, I am alternating between heavy lunges & barbell squats. Tomorrow will be arms & abs. Looking forward to it.

Let me tell u what i often do.
I get myself motivated like this!!
I go to bed at night and tell myself, to me! Lol!
So this is my thoughts hey bud u think u got it easy, well I will punish u over and over and I will eat the food like a dog eats dog food. What ever I put u Gonna eat and I will put u thru misery and down the road something gotta give buddy or body cause I am not letting up.
Lol!! I am doing it right now. I have these conversations with myself and right now for cut phase I have to eat clean. I been lucky my diet isn't posted to not rub it in.
I been eating whatever and haven't even gotta enough protien most days but I learned too much protien stops up kidneys and is overrated!!!

So I am having these talks with self and getting myself up early to train while others sleep from now on!!
It's another way of self discipline to TELL MY BODY THAT MY MIND IS IN CONTROL AND IT'S A ROBOT OR A SOLDER TRAINING
TO BE BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER!!!
Don't laugh this has been my motivation for 15 years now.
That voice over all others in my head is the wolf out the 2 fighting in me u feed.

We all have 2 wolves within us in constant battle, I Gotta feed the right wolf or else other becomes stronger. So feed the one u want strong!!!!

So much is mental, so I completely understand the pep talks to yourself. I have shown a lot of anger towards myself recently, especially about the lack of willpower when it comes to food! You hit the nail on the head about that surgery getting me good & it doesn't help that the fuc#ing dr didn't fix it! I just don't come out & say that because I am not trying to make excuses. Besides, it may not be what it was before, but I have been healthy enough to make more change than I have been, so that is something that I WILL change! Thanks for the compliment as well. I have every intention of making even more changes in appearance in the next few weeks, than I have so far in this contest. Even if I don't seem like I see eye to eye with you about everything always, the advice is much appreciated! I know you know your shit & I respect that. Been a hell of a contest so far! Looking forward to the next few weeks.

Brother I fight injuries constant.
I go lighter and high intensity and exhaust muscle while still under load from not recovered!!
I changed this way cause I am hurting from years of too much weight on tendons and joints.
But give yourself these talks and out yoyr mind to doing it and get it done.
I gotta get demented with self but the inner strength comes for me from this.
My mindset and getting it that way helps.

As long as u lifting and working out u always making progress!! And u will continue your journey cause u hooked and love it. The challenge to do it and get it done!! Coming off surgery tough. But u back in so keep moving.

For me a transformation from where u were at takes 90 days. And results really don't come to eye until around 60 day mark!!
So let it keep happening

Dumbbell concentration curls: 6 sets of 25×17, 35×12, 45×8, 55×6, 50×8, 40×12

Ez bar skullcrushers: 4 sets of 60×20, 80×12, 100×10, 100×10

Machine preacher curls: 5 sets of 15, 12, 8, 6, 10 & dropped for 2 more sets of 8 & 12

Machine pressdowns: 4 sets of 17, 15, 12, 10

Single arm high cable curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 dropped weight for 2 more sets of 8 & 8

Ez bar pressdowns: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 & dropped weight for 2 more sets of 10 & 10

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20

Crunch machine: 3 sets of 20

Dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 20, 15, 15 needed heavier dumbbells, but I made it work

As you can see, I threw in some dumbbell shrugs too. Had the energy & I need to hit them more anyway.
