Wow man that waistline has really come in! You can tell u have some serious muscle ready to shine under that hibernation coat. I seriously can't wait to see your results if u keep at it after this contest. I'm willing to bet u pull some serious weight on deads rows stuff like that.

Thanks buddy! I am my toughest critic, so it's good to hear you notice some change. Your right... I had a hell of a hibernation coat!!! Never been that fat before. Still have much to shed, but after that break for surgery & than some water weight after starting the gear... I blew up like a life raft! Lmao

Right on bro! I'm trying to swell em up with some squats! I feel like they're not big enough. I didn't work my legs out that much until a couple years ago or less. I haven't done deadlift in forever because of a lower back injury, but I think I might give it a shot to see where my strength is at with it. I don't think it will hurt to much if I do them occasionally & I'd like to see where I'm at with it. Thanks again man.

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 30

Heavy band crunches: 3 sets of 15

Heavy band oblique crunches: 3 sets of 15

I'll try to get my diet for the day posted later. Trying to be very clean & low carb today because I figure tonight my gf will show up with food & I'm sure it won't be clean..

We have 6-8 weeks left brother! There is no reason why you can’t be shredded within that time if you get your diet tightened up and keep the workouts going like they are. Remember, Abs. are made in the kitchen.

Some warm up music. I usually like to listen to AC/DC radio when I am doing cardio. Did chest, shoulders & traps today. For those that don't keep up with my log, I don't get to do NEAR as much chest & shoulders as what I used to do because this shit Dr didn't fix a damn thing when I had shoulder surgery.... anyway, sore subject. I still got it in & even did an exercise I haven't done forever & that is incline barbell bench press. Used to be one of my best lifts. If my shoulder is not completely worthless for the next few days because of it, I will start doing it on a regular during my chest & shoulders routine.

Chest, shoulders & traps

Cardio: 30 mins incline walk & 10 mins stairs, with high intensity stair drill for 1 min at the end. Considering just doing 20 mins of stairs for cardio from now on. Soooo much more sweat!

Reverse dumbbell flyes: 4 sets of 20×15, 25×12, 30×12, 35×10

Leaning side dumbbell raises: 4 sets of 30×15, 35×12, 40×12, 45×10

Incline barbell bench press: 6 sets of 90×20, 135×15, 185×12, 225×10, 275×4, 275×2. Had to get a spot with the 4 reps on 275 & this is FREE WEIGHT... not smith machine! Slow reps. Tired of guys at the gym saying they can bench 400+ & see them only doing smith. Not my business, but if your going to bragg & be cocky, than make it clear it's on a smith machine!

Barbell shrugs: 4 sets of 135×30, 225×20, 315×15, 315×15

Machine flyes: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10

Hopefully I didn't wear you all out with this massive post & update to my log. I try not to be one of those people that rants & annoys others lol. Very aggressive tonight though! I don't know if the tren is getting stronger or what, but I am feeling like a beast!

I am still wound up. Kind of want to workout again. I just got cleaned up, so I won't. Maybe I'll do a few sets of abs later. My diet has been crap today, with being out of town & forgot my lunch at home, but I am preparing some clean food tonight.

I only caught one & it was a little perch, so I threw it back. Some guys came in on a boat & said they only got one channel cat all morning, so there wasn't much biting. It was pretty windy. Seems like they don't bite real good on windy days.

Lol would be happy to help bro & thanks for compliment! I have to stay on myself, as I have slacked the last couple days on my diet, but tonight is my food preparation day & I will get it lined out. My diet is better than it was, so I am sure I will continue to improve in that area. Just not something I am experienced at.

Did a at home back workout routine today, as I have been non stop all weekend, but determined to get my workout in one way or another. Took this pic to give you all an idea of what I do my pull ups on some times. I can't go to wide because the door frame is not big enough, but it works pretty good & probably easier on my shoulder that way anyway. That pull up bar rotates down as well & allows me to do body weight rows on it. Had a pretty good workout & got a great pump.

Back & abs

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 30

Oblique crunches: 3 sets of 30 (15 each side)

Heavy band pulldowns: 3 sets until failure. Mainly to get my back & shoulders warmed up.

Pull ups: 5 sets of 12, 12, 12, 11, 10. Like push up bars, the hooks in the picture seem to add a slight resistance to pull ups.

Body weight rows: I do these by putting the majority of my weight on one arm for a couple reps, do the other arm a couple reps & do my reps this way for 8 reps each arm & than do both arms until failure. 5 sets of 8 & than until failure each set after the 8 reps.

Single arm heavy band pulldowns: 3 sets of 15. Great pump to finish the workout!

Walked some trails earlier today & got a damn good sweat going, so I just considered that my cardio.

When I first started back on my fitness journey after a few months out of hospital ,that pull up bar and a set of dumbbells wee all I used for a year before I had enough confidence to set foot in a gym. Pull ups are so essential but often overlooked . Goes to show u you can make gains even if u don't have a gym membership ,fuck excuses!!!
