Made some super meaty chili!

1 lb lean sirloin
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
2 cans low sodium red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
3/4 bottle of large bottle low sodium v8 (about 1 & a half quarts)
2 cans hot rotel
2 packets of tex mex chili mix

Hopefully I didn't leave anything out. Probably should have left out one can of the beans because I don't need all the carbs. Not to bad on fat though. Most came from beef, which was 90%, so that's not bad.

Meals for the day

Meal 1: whey protein shake

Meal 2: steak, pepper, onion & mushroom sub

Meal 3: half pound of lean burger

Meal 4: 2 bowls of chili

Meal 5: whey protein shake

Meal 6: chicken breast & 1 piece of wheat bread with jam

Need to grocery shop. Low on chicken & haven't ate much last few days because I didn't have what little I had thawed out. Cooked what's left tonight.

Sustanon: 750 mg a week
Tren ace: 100 mg eod
Proviron: 75 mgs
MK 677: 25 mgs
Adex: .5 mg eod

I think I will switch to test prop in a couple weeks & lower my test to 350-400 mgs a week & possibly raise my tren ace to 150 mgs eod or 75 mgs ed. I am considering throwing in winny for last few weeks as well, but I want my bf% a little lower before I do that. Still debating all this though..

Slept about 3 hours & didn't make it to the gym. Probably start taking sleeping aids again. Did a high intensity routine at home. Running short on time, but got it in.

Legs & abs

Warm up: high knees until failure. Got a good sweat.

Goblet squats: 4 sets of 20 with a 75 lb dumbbell.

Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 20 (10 per leg) with 40 lb dumbbells

Body weight squats: 2 sets until failure.

Standing single leg calf raises: 3 sets of 12

Standing calf raises: 2 sets of 25

Leg raise crunches: 4 sets of 20
Super set with
Twisting oblique crunches: 4 sets of 20

Gotta get back to work. Hopefully I didn't leave anything out.

Today was back day & I changed my routine slightly. Did barbell rows, instead of tbar rows or dumbbell rows & was pretty pleased with where it was at. It's been so long since I've done them, I can't compare strength now to then, but I was ok with where I was at.

Back

Cardio: 15 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairs with 1 min high intensity drill at the end.

Barbell rows: 6 sets of 90×15, 135×12, 185×12, 225×10, 275×8, 275×8 quit doing these & deadlifts due to lower back injury years ago, but I used a weight belt, just to be on the safe side. I will do these again.

Cable lat pulldowns: 5 sets of 12, 12, 10, 8, 8

Wide grip cable rows: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8

Super set with

Single arm cable pulldowns: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 12

Tren ace: 125 mgs eod

Just wanted to give an overall update with what's on my mind. Very edgy last couple days, but hopefully I'll adjust a little better in a couple more days to increasing the tren. Little stuff getting to me, even though I know that's not a very high dosage for some of you guys, but I can definitely feel a difference. As I said before, I will be switching to test prop in a couple weeks & will drop test dose down to 350-400 mgs a week.

I have also decided that I am going to keep volume as high as it has been & possibly maybe even higher, but I will be doing more heavy sets. Might drop the reps a little, but just as many, if not more sets. I can tell in the gym that my body is ready to get stronger more & more every workout, so I am going to take full advantage of it. I will still throw in some high rep sets as well, but more heavy sets. Based off how my body usually responds to heavy lifting, I think I will see more growth & I will continue to do cardio to help me burn those extra calories I need to burn. Well, that's it... just trying to focus my energy on something positive. I'll be up for a while, so I will probably update diet in a bit.

Technically, I've been doing cardio most of the morning looking for these bad boys! Yum!!! Walked the hills in the woods for about 3.5 to 4 hours today. Pretty warm out, so I was sweating good. Pretty wore out, but still debating going to the gym. I'll update my log, if I do.

I did decide to go to the gym tonight. Was later than usual, but a damn good one! Did arms. As I said before, I was hiking through the woods all day & a lot of it was hills, so no cardio tonight. It was pretty much back to back sets, since I was working 3 muscle groups.

Biceps, triceps & abs

Crunch machine: 4 sets of 30, 25, 25, 20

Preacher curl machine: 5 sets of 15, 8, 5, 5, 5 & drop set for 5 more

Rope pressdown: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10

Leg raise crunches: 4 sets of 15. Did on the edge of a bench this time, to add resistance.

Dumbbell concentration curls: 5 sets of 40×12, 50×10, 60×5, 60×5, 60×5 & dropped one set to 40×8. Did these old school Arnold style while standing & letting my arm hang, instead of seated with my elbow on my knee like I usually do.

Straight bar pressdown: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 & drop set for 10 more reps.

Single arm high cable curls: 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 6, 6 & 2 drop sets for 8 & 5.

Single arm cable pressdown: 3 sets of 10, 8, 8

Reverse grip cable pressdown: this was one continuous set to really fry my tri's 3 sets each arm of 8, no rest.

As I said I would, I raised the weight & lowered reps. Threw in drop sets at the end to pump it up some more though.

I'm sure I burnt more calories today, than I did climbing hills & hitting the weights yesterday. Played football, soccer, skipped rocks at the creek & finished off with swimming for a couple hours. Fantastic kid filled day & they wore me OUT! They're more tired than I am though lol. Anyway, great day & lots of cardio with the activities, but no weight lifting. Going to ice my shoulder down tonight & plan on having a great chest, shoulders & traps day tomorrow.

Diet was horrible today, from being out of town & eating with fam, but I'm sure I burnt more then I put in.

Meals

Meal 1: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 2: cheeseburger & chicken nuggets

Meal 3: garlic turkey, ham & cheese sandwich on wheat. That garlic turkey is REAL GOOD!

Meal 4: tacos

Meal 5: whey protein shake

Meal 6: chicken breast with side of morel mushrooms (haven't ate yet, but will be my last meal & can't wait)

I guess it's not as bad as I thought, but more fat than I wanted to get in. I burnt so many calories today, so I'm not worried about it. Hope you all have great rest of your weekend!

I went into the gym this evening & just decided to say fuck this shoulder! I wanted to hit my chest & shoulders hard & that's what I did. Tired of babying it, so I got after it. Feeling awesome now & I will spend this evening preparing food. Didn't do much cardio today, but I've been burning like crazy all weekend, so I am not worried about it at all.

Chest, shoulders & traps

Cardio: 20 mins walking at 3 mph level 10 incline, 2 mins running at 5 mph on level 10 incline.

Dumbbell reverse flyes: 5 sets of 15×15, 25×12, 35×10, 45×10, 45×10

Leaning side delt cable raises: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10

Dumbbell side delt raise: 3 sets of 35×12, 45×10, 45×10

Incline barbell bench press: 5 sets of 135×15, 185×12, 225×8, 255×7, 275×4. No spot on 275 or I would have shot for 5 reps.

Finished with a tri set, for 4 sets

Barbell shrugs: 4 sets of 135×20, 225×12, 315×10, 365×8

Push ups on push up bars: 4 sets of 15

Cable flyes: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8

Nice session bro, I don't know if I mention before but I had some shoulder issues in past ,I used tb500 and bpc 157 for about a month and I dont have the issue anymore I also used it for my knees w success,kinda can be a bit expensive . Also if just for temporary relief deca helps but you could cause more damage in long run.

Thank you very much bro for that info. I actually plan on purchasing some tb500 in the future, just to heal a little bit of everything & some wear & tear I've got over the years. Problem is, I had that surgery & the dr messed up, so now the only way to correct what he didn't fix, is to have surgery again. I need to get a second opinion & plan on getting it in the next month or 2, but if it is what this dr & a therapist I know & trust say they think it is... the only way to correct it is surgery. This other dr I am going to see is out of town & supposed to be one of the best shoulder surgeons in the state. I hate talking about my shoulder like I do! Makes me feel like a pussy & messes with my pride, which I know sounds stupid. Just haven't done chest & shoulders like I used to, but I think I am going to start hitting them like that again anyways. At least until the end of this transformation contest. I'll crush it until it falls off!

I have adjusted chest and shoulders from last time I had what felt like paralyzing pain for 3 months and would happen often for long periods.
A dr... I was a pitcher and college scholar ship and when down back then.
Needed surgery never had it.
But I adjusted and told u about peps before your surgery but your were not receptive.

I also have done Grayson Therapy and that I still do to remove scar tissue that gets impinged in joint.
Very painful click
It's like a tag that grows off the tear.

HGH and tb increase collagen that takes 3 years to mature in solf tissues of joints.

Without these peps to help mature faster healing process it's weak for 3 years

I went into the gym this evening & just decided to say fuck this shoulder! I wanted to hit my chest & shoulders hard & that's what I did. Tired of babying it, so I got after it. Feeling awesome now & I will spend this evening preparing food. Didn't do much cardio today, but I've been burning like crazy all weekend, so I am not worried about it at all.

Chest, shoulders & traps

Cardio: 20 mins walking at 3 mph level 10 incline, 2 mins running at 5 mph on level 10 incline.

Dumbbell reverse flyes: 5 sets of 15×15, 25×12, 35×10, 45×10, 45×10

Leaning side delt cable raises: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10

Dumbbell side delt raise: 3 sets of 35×12, 45×10, 45×10

Incline barbell bench press: 5 sets of 135×15, 185×12, 225×8, 255×7, 275×4. No spot on 275 or I would have shot for 5 reps.

Finished with a tri set, for 4 sets

Barbell shrugs: 4 sets of 135×20, 225×12, 315×10, 365×8

Push ups on push up bars: 4 sets of 15

Cable flyes: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8

As I mentioned, last 3 exercises all done together. 1 to 1.5 mins rest break after each set. My bum shoulder might pay for it for a few days, but it was worth it! I feel great tonight!!!

Felt like I could have done more, but figured it was time to stop. Almost threw in some machine chest press too. Maybe next time.
Nice session bro, I don't know if I mention before but I had some shoulder issues in past ,I used tb500 and bpc 157 for about a month and I dont have the issue anymore I also used it for my knees w success,kinda can be a bit expensive . Also if just for temporary relief deca helps but you could cause more damage in long run.

Thank you very much bro for that info. I actually plan on purchasing some tb500 in the future, just to heal a little bit of everything & some wear & tear I've got over the years. Problem is, I had that surgery & the dr messed up, so now the only way to correct what he didn't fix, is to have surgery again. I need to get a second opinion & plan on getting it in the next month or 2, but if it is what this dr & a therapist I know & trust say they think it is... the only way to correct it is surgery. This other dr I am going to see is out of town & supposed to be one of the best shoulder surgeons in the state. I hate talking about my shoulder like I do! Makes me feel like a pussy & messes with my pride, which I know sounds stupid. Just haven't done chest & shoulders like I used to, but I think I am going to start hitting them like that again anyways. At least until the end of this transformation contest. I'll crush it until it falls off!
I have adjusted chest and shoulders from last time I had what felt like paralyzing pain for 3 months and would happen often for long periods.
A dr... I was a pitcher and college scholar ship and when down back then.
Needed surgery never had it.
But I adjusted and told u about peps before your surgery but your were not receptive.

It's a shoulder impingement fellas. After shots, surgery, several opinions (going to get another) & over a decade of dealing with it... it's not that I am doubting what you all are advising at all & I appreciate it very much, but I have some shit that is trapped & pinched in there & I don't see how taking tb500 with bpc157 is going to fix that, but I will reconsider trying it though. I love the feedback. Look it up if you get time & maybe you'll understand what I am saying.
