Holding at 235 lbs now. As long as I get lean in the process, I'm good with that! Felt good day today. Was out of town most of the day, but just got my workout in a couple hours ago.

Arms & abs

Cardio: 20 mins incline walking, 10 mins run\walk & 10 mins elliptical. Squats had my legs on fire, but I still got 40 mins in.

Dumbbell concentration curls: 6 sets of 25×17, 35×12, 45×8, 55×6, 50×8, 40×12

Ez bar skullcrushers: 4 sets of 60×20, 80×12, 100×10, 100×10

Machine preacher curls: 5 sets of 15, 12, 8, 6, 10 & dropped for 2 more sets of 8 & 12

Machine pressdowns: 4 sets of 17, 15, 12, 10

Single arm high cable curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 dropped weight for 2 more sets of 8 & 8

Ez bar pressdowns: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 & dropped weight for 2 more sets of 10 & 10

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20

Crunch machine: 3 sets of 20

Dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 20, 15, 15 needed heavier dumbbells, but I made it work

As you can see, I threw in some dumbbell shrugs too. Had the energy & I need to hit them more anyway.
Nice work ! I like how u threw some db shrugs in too.

Thanks man! Yeah, I need to do them more. I used to have bigger traps, but I kind of neglected them for a while.

Diet for the day

Meal 1: powdered peanut butter & whey protein shake

Meal 2: steak sub on wheat with spinach & sriracha

Meal 3: chiken alfredo

Meal 4: pork loin with small piece of corn bread

Meal 5: whey protein shake

Meal 5: barbecued chicken breast & one piece of wheat toast with jam

I think my diet looked pretty good today. Only thing, is there was a little more carbs than what I'm wanting to get in right now. Was super hungry at work today! Taking all the willpower I have not to eat this whole damn pan of cornbread!!! Not going to... js

Have u tried Phentermine?
I know it's available at Dr office pretty easy for weight loss. It works great and suppresses appetite.
I remember a place carrying it...

My lady been on thru Dr for a while
Months and months
She was 170 and unhappy and now 140
May be less she isnt short.
She lost all weight that she couldn't anymore after 4th kid.
I have used it lots of times on my own for cutting but now with adhd meds don't need it.
I guess my adhd meds help with fat loose but I been on them years and off and on since kid. But I have gained weight on them before

I have not tried it. Just heard of it. Thanks for the idea though. I've had big appetite as far as I can remember! Guess I hadn't considered something to slow it down..

It doesn't just slow it down. It's speeds u up and causes fat loose. About 10x more than clen would be my guess.
It's works in dopamine reward system it's hits receptors and released nor-epinephrine that increases heart rate and metabolic rate.
After the course it helps many reduce body fat and appetite suppression shirks stomach and curbs appetite there after if done with right dedication.

It's a derivative if amphetamine.

Been a busy day & got in a pretty good workout earlier. Went straight from the gym to gott laid & been working since, so I have been sweating pretty much all day lol.

Chest, shoulders & traps

Cardio: 30 mins incline walking, 10 mins stairs. As usual, sweated more on the stairs, than whole half hour on treadmill. Good cardio session.

Reverse flyes: 3 sets of 12

Dumbbell bench press: 5 sets of 50×20, 70×15, 100×12, 120×10, 120×8

Cable flyes: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 10

Barbell shrugs: 3 sets of 25, 15, 15

Cable side delt raises: 4 sets of 15

Still not over doing it on chest, but would like to do more on it & shoulders as well. I will eventually. Been a good day. Hope you all get some good workouts in today.

Adex: .5 mg eod (lately)
MK677: 20-25 mgs ed
Proviron: 75 mgs ed (I take for a few days & than break)

Not much has changed with gear, but the tren is starting to kick in hard! Pretty much hot flashes all day & definitely edgy. Sometimes it's for the best though. I know that doesn't seem to make since, but I am high strung & this makes me more serious & stay to myself, for the most part. I am also considering throwing in the remainder of the clen I have as well, but I will wait a few more days to see how strong this tren hits me. I haven't decided if I'm 100% sure I'm going to do it, but I might throw in an extra rest day this week. Mushroom season is only around for a short time & ready to do some hunting!!!

My advice to u is to lower test or Sust
Lower sust to 125mg 3x wk and up tren ace to 75mg a day.
But using prop would be my better advice and follow my guide I use.

I have been your size and know it's hard to get body to shift when it's used to being bulky muscular to hard lean muscle.

Estro feeds fats they thrive on estro and aromatase gear. Non aromatase androgen binding gear stops this and causes more lipothisis.

So what u wanna do on gear side is increase androgenic activity and lower aromatase and estro.
Lowering estro not enough u gotta use strong androgen binding gear to these cells.
I have found nolva at 10mg a day blocks these stubborn fat cells from estro that feeds them.

Test prop = less aromatase and can be lowered or upped with a change in 2 days.
Also something about metabolism of short esters get my metabolism up too.

Mast E or p has strong androgen binding to help with this in combo will other roids.
Mast does alot more than make one grainy at less than 9%.
I use the stuff all the time and will start using on cruise. For me it off sets bloat I get from Deca!!
I can run Test, Deca, MAST and have all benifits if primo at lower price!!!

Tren ace 75-100mg a day will really get things rolling. U just gotta hang on if not used to the stimulation of something so androgenic!!!
Using test Lower helps me with sides also lowering test before starting and switching to prop stops test spike from going straight to tren and prop from long esters!!
Tren will make fat melt and don't worry if appetite drops because it creates maximum nutrition efficiency.

Proviron is good addition as well for added androgen binding and estro lower!!!

This is my take in gear use in cut, follow your diet skip some meals replace with protien in water or blow it off completely.
I get busy and don't worry about meals in cut to get less calories and force body to use what is stored.

Add a stimulant is good. Phentermine does wonders and can be used as a tool to get thru a point and cross to other side having whole metabolism shift while shrinking stomach.
Subutramine has benifits too.
Clen never did much for me but make hands shaky and give headache!!!

T3 at 50mcg a day does alot for me cumulative over time. I notice in week or 2 but over 2 months it's really noticed and I can eat alot more without worry!!

Still holding at 235 lbs, but I feel like I'm getting more solid all the time. Just a slow process. Supposed to be my day off from the gym, but I decided to hit my legs. Didn't go to heavy on barbell squat because I wanted to throw in some dumbbell lunges.

Legs

Cardio: 10 mins running. Running WAY behind today! Had to cut it short to get my legs in. I'll make up for it tomorrow.

Barbell squats: 4 sets 135×15, 225×12, 315×8, 365×8

Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 55×10, 85×10, 85×10

Seated leg extentions: 4 sets lf 15, 12, 10, 10

Lying leg curls: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10

Standing calf raises machine: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 drop set last set for 5 more reps, squeezing at the top.

Thank ya bro. I want to be in the best shape I've ever been in. Not sure if the cardio will be as good as when I was in sports, but it will be close!

Another good one in the books. Was a little tired, but pushed through it. I've never slept good anyway, so I'm used to it, but I think the tren is doing it's thing with my sleep & making it a little worse. I love the arm workout I've done the last couple workouts! Had a noticeable increase

Meant to get a back pic up the other day, along with the others & never got to it. Forgot the board name & date on first one, so I took 2. I never worry about lighting in the room. I figure, you all have seen me in the same lighting the whole time, so you will be able to notice changes when I get them. Have slightly leaned, but much work ahead of me. Confident though because I've been more disciplined lately & tren ace is kicking in hard! I have cheated a couple times in the last week, but I'm finally getting my diet together better than it has been through this whole log & cycle.
