Well, pretty sure I sweated out the last of my fever & I woke up feeling awesome this morning! I still didn't have much of an appetite last night, but she came by with a steak burrito & rice & I tore it up! I am morning person, but I miss out on so many mornings because of my shift & staying up late, so it felt great to wake up feeling rested & at an early time. I need to check my weight today at my usual scale. Last night I checked it on one that SHOULD have been an accurate & according to it, I lost 8 lbs. Not all good weight I'm sure, but I'm not moping & just happy to be feeling better! I did a small shoulder & chest routine at home yesterday morning that completely wiped me out, but couldn't stand to do nothing anymore. It will be back & abs today

Weight coming back already, but I anticipated this. Just rehydrating after all the loss of fluids the last few days. With all things considered, I had a damn good workout. Didn't get my abs in, but I'll get them tomorrow.

Cardio: 10 mins run\walk. Had a coughing fit, so I cut it short. I'll get this back on track in a couple days

Wide grip cable pulldowns: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8

Single arm dumbbell rows: 4 sets of 50×12, 75×12, 100×10, 120×10

Barbell shrugs: 4 sets of 20, 12, 10, 10 drop set last set for 10 more reps

Machine lat pulldowns: 2 sets of 12, 10

Machine rows: 2 sets of 10

Single arm cable pulldowns: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10 drop set last set for 8 more reps

Like I said, I was pleased with how it went. Rough at first, but the pump took over & I got it done. Not sure what I'm working tomorrow

That's right bro! That's why I was in there getting after it today. Whining about won't help any. I figured I would let everyone know what was going on though, since I usually post details of my workouts

I like the MK 677. I was starting to wonder about the appetite at first because of how fast weight was coming on there for a bit, but it seemed to kind of level out & I don't notice the appetite as much after a while. Actually, since I couldn't keep anything down, I quit taking it for a few days, but I will start again tonight

& really didn't appear to be much of a fat increase with the extra hunger, just a little bloated at first

Weighed a little later in the day & was it was down a little bit, so that's a good thing. Went in to do arms today & I was full of intensity. Thinking about shit going on right now & focused it on the weights, so I got a good one.

Biceps & triceps

Cardio: 7 mins walking, 3 mins running & 15 mins elliptical. Still doing some coughing, but looking much better already.

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 25

Single arm preacher curl machine: 4 sets of 15, 10, 5, 5 dropped weight 3 times for 3 more sets of 5, 5, 12

Dumbbell concentration curls: 6 sets of 35×15, 45×12, 55×5, 55×5, 45×8, 35× 12

Preacher curl machine: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 dropped weight for one more set of 10

Ez bar skull crushers: 4 sets of 50×20, 70×15, 90×12, 90×12

Single arm cable pressdown: 3 sets of 12, 12, 10

Pressdown machine: 4 sets of 15, 12, 12, 12

Went a little heavier on some of the lifts for arms than I usually do, but kept my form strict. Just felt like lifting hard & heavy. Very focused

Today's diet

Meal 1: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 2: eggs with biscuits & gravy (woman cooked, couldn't refuse, but used powdered gravy with very little fat)

Meal 3: ground sirloin on wheat with jalapenos

Meal 4: shredded chicken tacos with lettuce & hot salsa

Meal 5: whey protein shake

Meal 6: chicken breast strips with sweet & sour

Tomorrow is an off day from the gym. Will be cooking, more eggs, chicken & beef for at least 3 days

Didn't go to the gym, like I was saying before, but I did get that food cooked. Cooked eggs, chicken breasts & rice. Will cook the beef tonight, along with more eggs as well. I will be putting tilapia on my grocery list, so I can have a fish option. Legs tomorrow

Well, didn't have much work to do today, so I got off early. I was skipping out of that place! Lmao I've got to much time on my hands now though, so I might end up doing that leg workout after all
