Nice workout bro but you have to get that cardio up. I’m going to stay on you about it until you do and you have productive pics to back it up. I know it’s hard to do sometimes but if you want to get shredded you have to do it.

Things have really been picking up at work & seems like I am short on time all day lately, but I'll get my workout in either way. I have went from 248 lbs to 245 lbs in the last 3 days. I dropped the dbol a couple days ago & honestly, I don't want to sound like I am for sure, but I think the dbol wad making my efforts to drop some weight a little harder than it had to be. Strength still going up & feel great. Shoulder is sore as shit from yesterday, but I'm working through it. Arms was today...

Cardio: 10 mins run/walk, 15 mins elliptical

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 25

Dumbbell concentration curls: 4 sets of 25's×20, 35's×15, 45's×12, 55's×8 strict form

Preacher curl machine: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10 drop set last set

Rope curls: 1 set dropping twice, hitting for 30 reps

Dumbbell skull crushers: 4 sets of 25's×20×20, 30's×15, 35's×12

Pressdown machine: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 drop set last set

Was lucky I got that much in today, as I was running very short on time. Going heavy to make up for the volume & honestly, I feel just as pumped & tired as before. I have to work on planning out my routines a bit more because they are hammering me with hours at work. I'll get it lined out. Happy to drop a few pounds in just a couple days, so I will keep you all updated on that

Dbol will keep water weight and muscles full of glycogen!!

I have leaned up even did a summer cut on dbol, Eq, test. DBOL was only 20mg a day and I also stopped my adhd meds and took Adipex 37.5mg (Phentermine) a day.

This was very affective.
Appetite was suppressed muscle was held with gear and phentermine is a form of Amphetamine.
It's a fda approved weight loss drug prescribed by Dr's.
My wife gets them all the time when she needs to lose weight

I'm assuming the t3 is doing it's job as well. Sweating like crazy! I'm already a little hot natured anyway, but it takes pretty much nothing to make me sweat now

No gym today. Ended up working over & messed my schedule up, but no worries. Looking forward to hitting it hard tomorrow morning. I will have a couple hours in the morning & I plan on spending an hour & a half at the gym. Will do cardio, back & abs, but the majority or my time I have already planned to spend on cardio. Will probably leave me with an intense, small rest breaks kind of back workout. Weight was 243 lbs today. The t3 seems to be working well for me & not messing with me as far as sides go, so I took it to 65-70 mcgs. So far so good. Taking MK677 before bed now, so not only am I sleeping much deeper than I usally do, but I am sweating like crazy! Lost 5 lbs so far & strength still going up, so I feel good about the progress I'm making now

Congrats on the 5lbs!

I really like mk677 it's great for appetite and the sleep is amazing. I have a horrible sleep schedule and mk677 helped me tremendously , where I was sleeping 3 hours I'd get 6 hours of deep consistent sleep

So what do you think about the mk677? I found that about 2 weeks in I was able to burn fats more efficiently.

I am not trying to argue with anyone, but I will tell my tale to help.
Injectable Dbol and it's methylated part does indeed go thru liver and it does affect it.
All steroids enter blood go thru liver etc etc...
The claim that people claim is am inject like dbol is not as bad as oral... not enough difference to matter!! If that were the case inject dbol would behave as Boldenone!! But it's doesn't it behaves like dbol with slower absorption making 1 pin a day enough!
Except oral acid stomach route some of it is lost before making to liver so inject is more like 100% absorbed and oral my guess is 70%
Also the activity of inject dbol methyl part goes thru liver and creates the same toxic part!!
The claim is it avoids first pass thru liver but that doesn't make enough difference to matter!!

So we covered toxicity and why inject or oral because inject remains same it only changes once it gets to liver with all roids.
dbol is methyl EQ modified and is much stronger than EQ. It remains Methyl and breaks down into same toxicity whether inject or oral, but to a small degree less, supposedly!!

I have heard of guys having stomach issues from dbol but not many!!

Dbol is called breakfast of champions because it stimulates appetite and gives a good sense of well being in most users.

U may be one if those who don't agree with dbol, but honestly I do not believe u are having any liver problems besides raised enzymes that or normal while on dbol and return to normal quickly after stopping dbol!!
Dbol is not known to cause issues with bile except over long term high use!!

Reason roids or some suppress appetite is thru slowed bile. Our stomach with fill with bile and it will not drain and reflux or full feeling with occur with bloating gas!!
Most responsible are Anadrol which activates estro and progest even though there is no conversion and winny does same.
Another is tren. Tren slows bile not thru liver function but thru same progest activity!! This is reason woman get reflux (bile refux) and acids have less room and make way up, along with bloating and gas at the highly progest stage if there mentral cycle!!
I am sharing knowledge I learned over the past 20 years and research on issues.
Not being a jerk, just sharing what I learned and researched to find the truth!!

Fixed this for tonight. Will be my last meal. Low fat cheese

Meal 1: eggs, wheat toast & 1 cup of milk

Meal 2: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 3: quarter pound burger on bun & low fat cottage cheese (post workout)

Meal 4: whey protein shake

Meal 5: chicken breast with asparagus

Meal 6: stuffed pepper

Keep the food info coming brother, all the food pics you post look great. I've already done the pork loin, and the meat balls with cream of mushroom. Now I want those peppers.

Yes, I am happy to see some weight coming off! I do like the MK677. It works so effectively, that I had to play around with the timing of my dosage to get it where it worked best. Right before bed, is best imo. I eat like a horse anyway, so need to take it during the day. I could see where that would really come in handy for some though. It's kind of weird because I have never wanted donuts so bad & don't know why! Lol never been hardcore into donuts, but I want em everyday now

6 lb loss fellas. Checked weight at gym today & was at 242 lbs. Did cardio before & after back workout. Felt really good.

Cardio: 20 mins run/ walk

Warm up machine lat pulldown: 1 set of 20

Rotator warm ups & foam roller

Pull ups: 2 sets of 20, 15

Dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 75's×15, 100's×12, 120's×12 I quit doing those for a long time because that is the heaviest dumbbells I have access to

Lat pulldown: 4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 8 last set doing whole stack

Machine rows: 3 sets of 10

Machine lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10 whole stack for 10. Not a lot of resistance on that one, but felt good with a squeeze

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 25

Cardio: 10 mins elliptical

My wind is getting better. Happy with my lifts too. Funny to see these guys at the gym shaking their head at me because of how heavy I can go right after shoulder surgery. I just laugh when they joke with me about it, but truth is... my shoulder hurts like an SOB!!! Hopefully it's just the typical post surgery pain, otherwise the dr & I are going to have a nice little chit chat about why my shoulder feels the same as before... anyway, was a good day

Frog legs for dinner! Just getting up the pic. Honestly, I just got home... busy day! Anyway, I always fry them, but baked em this time. Obviously, not as good as fried, but still tasty. I would use cajun seasoning, salt & pepper, if I baked them again. Just salt & pepper on those. When I fry them I use Andy's Cajun seasoning. Love that seasoning! Nothing better on fish too, imo

Every set of the workout was done with 1 min rest breaks between sets

Body weight squats × 20 immediately followed body high knees until I couldn't take anymore! 4 sets of these

Body weight lunges × 20 (10 each leg) immediately followed by jumping jacks unitl I couldn't take anymore! 4 sets of these

Single leg calf raises super set with two leg calf raises: 5 sets of 10 & 25

Single arm shrugs (only have 1 75 lb dumbbell at home): 3 sets of 25. Really squeezed since it was light

Soaked in sweat! Exactly what I needed
